Ms. Iles has been teaching at CCSF since 1998.

She is a student-centered instructor who uses an interactive and engaging approach to teaching. My goal is to create an environment that fosters trust, respect and a lust for learning.

Ms. Iles coordinates CCSF's Drug and Alcohol Certificate program which is a 38.5 State Accredited program.This program prepares students to be become drug and alcohol counselors. Ms. Iles currently serves as a faculty advisor for the WAYPASS program which is a collaborative effort of the Women's Studies Department and the Community Health Education and Community Health Studies Department (HECHS). WAYPASS serves formerly incarcerated women interested in pursuing college. Ms. Iles has served as a union representative for the HECHS, she has participated in the CalWorks "Retooling the Curriculum" summer project, performed a faculty internship at the Homeless Prenatal Project, and served on numerous campus-wide committees. She is also a Board member of the California Association of Alcohol and Drug Educators (CAADE) and past Board President of the Homeless Children's Network.

Ms. Iles has co-authored "It's All About Us"- African American Women Fighting Tobacco.

In her leisure time, she enjoys gardening, reading historical fiction, and spending time with family and friends.
