Further Instructions For Students Under 18

1. If you are under 18 and not attending another high school, you must obtain a Letter of Exemption from your school district.
|
- Go to the exemption office and get 3 copies of the Letter of Exemption. 555 Portola Dr. (McAteer High School), Bungalow #2, San Francisco, CA 94131 (415) 695-5501
|
- Bring the 3 copies of this letter to: Dean Mary Lou Leyba-Frank, 31 Gough St., Room 19, San Francisco, CA 94103, (415) 241-2286
|
- Bring 2 signed copies of the letter to the Success Workshop. You will NOT be admitted without them.

2. If you are under 18 and want to transfer credits earned here to another high school:
|
- Pick up an enrollment packet from counseling office in room 143.
|
- Complete enrollment packet, and obtain all necessary signatures.
|
- Bring completed enrollment packet to the Success Workshop. You will NOT be admitted without it.
