Transitional Studies Department

Admission & Enrollment

Most Transitional Studies classes are open entry, welcoming students to enroll at any time. Some classes do fill, so it is a good idea to enroll early in the semester. After a general orientation followed by testing in reading, writing, and mathematics, students are enrolled in classes that match their academic skills as well as educational and personal goals. Students entering the Spanish GED/High School program are expected to be fluent and literate in Spanish.
