Spend a semester in Paris, a city renowned for its wealth of historical, artistic and cultural riches. Immerse yourself in a language and culture that span the Middle Ages through the 21st century in a city that draws students from all over the world. Paris is your classroom as you study French at the University of Paris - Sorbonne and study Art History and French Civilization while attending on-site lectures at the many galleries, museums and cultural sites throughout the city. The Semester in Paris program offers the unique opportunity to expand your educational experience while earning transferable college credit.

Students on the Semester in Paris program live in double occupancy studio apartments or in a single rooms in a homestay with French families. The ACCENT Paris Center organizes a number of cultural and social activities for the program participants, as well as day and weekend excursions outside of Paris.

This program is offered during the fall semester only, and provides transferable credit from CCSF for courses completed overseas. City College of San Francisco, which is a regionally accredited two-year college, will provide a transcript upon request for the coursework completed overseas.

Students enrolled in an eligible program may be able to receive state and federal financial aid and scholarships to help defray the costs of study abroad.
