Student Services

The ACCENT Madrid Center is located in the Castelian neighborhood of Chamberi, near the Paseo de la Castellana and the city's financial district. The Madrid Center and classrooms are located within the facilities of the historical Instituto Internacional, located at calle Miguel Angel, which is just a short walk from shops, cinemas, restaurants, museums and libraries. The study center provides a student common area and garden, a cafeteria, a 70,000 volume library and student study area, and DSL connections for laptops. The ACCENT Center is open during the week for students to use the resource and lending library, ask questions and collect their mail.

All participants must check-in at the ACCENT Madrid Center between 9am and 5pm on January 4, 2012 for Spring 2012 (Note: most transatlantic flights arrive one day after their departure from the U.S.). Students are responsible for arranging their own transportation between the US and Madrid. Airfare is not included in the program fee. Please contact ACCENT at 415/835-3744 or 800/869-9291 if you have questions.
