October 2004

10/28, Downtown Campus, 1205 hours-Officer informed by a citizen that a naked man was standing in front of the City College bookstore.  Officer located person, who was unclothed, and requested he put his clothes on.  He complied.  Subject had outstanding warrants and was arrested-Officer Milowe reporting.

10/29, Ocean Campus, 1115 hours-Officer dispatched to respond to complaint of violation of restraining order.  Involved student had not complied with requirements of being a 290 PC registrant.  Arrest made-Officer Ngoi reporting.

10/28, Ocean Campus, 1104 hours-Student reported riding her bicycle on a slippery road and hitting the back of a parked vehicle.  Student suffered injuries.  Ambulance called and student transported to hospital-Officer Wong reporting.

10/28, Ocean Campus, 1752 hours-Officer was dispatched to a call for a student who was injured during football practice.   Student injured knee while doing drills.  Ambulance responded and transported to hospital-Officer Torres reporting.

10/26, Downtown Campus, 1345 hours-Student reported the theft of a purse.  Student placed purse on the floor next to her while using a computer in the second floor library.  She exited and forgot her purse-when she returned the purse and contents were missing-Officer Milowe reporting.

10/26, Mission Campus, 1332 hours-Student reports to patrolling officer that a bicycle had been stolen by a suspect cutting the lock with a pair of pliers and using a key on another lock-Officer Lopez reporting.

10/26, Ocean Campus, 1240 hours-Counter report by student reported having vehicle bumped by another vehicle while exiting reservoir.  When both vehicles stopped to check damage, student reported that other person had knife in hand and was threatening him.  Student contacted SFPD after suspect departed and was referred to SFCCPD-Officer Hakes reporting.

10/26, Downtown Campus, 1540 hours-Individual was observed screaming, running through traffic.  Taken to San Francisco General Hospital for observation-Officer Brooks reporting.

10/26, Ocean Campus, 1146 hours-Student reported she was battered by an individual while using telephone in Visual Arts.  Suspect was gone on arrival-Officer Jacobsen reporting.

10/25, John Adams, 2030 hours-While on routine patrol, officer noticed school windows had been broken-Engineers notified to replace-Officer Smela reporting.

10/22, Ocean Campus, 1025 hours-Officer on patrol noted a number of juveniles congregating in the parking lot.  Juveniles were drinking, some appeared ill.  Ambulance called, parents contacted-Officer Fiscal reporting.

10/21, John Adams, 0900 hours-Officers responded to reports of problems in the cafeteria.  Student refused to identify, but was recognized-Had outstanding arrest warrants-Officer Smela reporting.

10/21, Ocean Campus, 1530 hours- Officer was dispatched to a report of an auto boost on Circular Dr.  Stereo and backpack stolen from car-Officer Jacobsen reporting.

10/20, Ocean Campus, 2139 hours-Student screaming for help on Marston Road.  Women reported she had been robbed while going to her car.  SFCCPD and SFPD searched for assailant-no results-Sgt. Seligsohn reporting.

10/20, Ocean Campus, 1900 hours-Officer pulled over speed vehicle making an illegal U-turn.  Vehicle had switched plates, driver had warrants for arrest.  Vehicle towed-Officer Brooks reporting.

10/20, Ocean Campus, 1530 hours-Counter report of theft.  Student reported she had placed her backpack under her chair at Rosenberg Library and left for a few minutes.  Backpack was stolen-Sgt. Low reporting.

10/19, John Adams Campus, 1030 hours-Parent of student called an reported her son had been stabbed in the hand.  Investigation showed the student had been playing with a pocket knife and had cut himself.

10/16, Evans Campus, 1245 hours-Officer responded to report of student injury.  Student had been struck by floor polisher.  Refused ambulance-Officer Ramsey reporting.

10/15, Ocean Campus, 1640 hours-Officer pulled over driver who was driving over yellow lines.  Driver's license had been revoked-vehicle towed-Officer Fiscal reporting.

10/15, Ocean Campus, 1320 hours-Counter report of theft.  Student reports his cellular telephone was stolen in Rosenberg Library-Sgt. Low reporting.

10/12, Ocean Campus, 1200 hours - Counter report of theft.  Student reports a text book was stolen from the plaza area in front of Rosenberg Library - Officer Hakes reporting.

10/12, Ocean Campus, 1540 hours-Call from bookstore regarding stolen property.  Responding officer found student who reported his book stolen identifying book, which a non-student was attempting to return for refund.  Arrest made - Officer Brooks reporting.

10/07, John Adams, 1340 hours - Vandalism report.  Employee reports that vehicle in parking lot has 4 flat tires.   Owner located and escorted to vehicle - Officer Apps reporting.

10/06, Ocean Campus, 1013 hours - Officer pulled over driver who failed to stop at stop sign.  Driver was determined to have revoked/suspended license.  Vehicle towed - Officer Alfonso reporting.

10/06, John Adams, 1105 hours - Officers receive report from employees that students were throwing items in the cafeteria.  Student refused to identify, but was recognized.  Referred to the dean - Officer Smela reporting.

10/06, Southeast Campus, 1430 hours - Officer responds to a call of drug use in a restroom.  Two suspects located, in possession of narcotics paraphernalia and suspected narcotics.  Suspects were not students, and one had an outstanding warrant - Officer Castillo reporting.

10/06, John Adams, 1915 hours - A student came to the police office to report a theft.  During a class on campus, she left her purse unattended for about 20 minutes.  $106.00 was taken - Officer Flood reporting.

10/04, Mission Campus, 2100 hours - Officer on foot patrol approached by student who reported her parked vehicle was damaged.  Damage included broken mirror and door guards.  Vehicle appeared to be hit by another vehicle - Officer Gaytan reporting.

10/01, Ocean Campus, 1148 hours - Counter report of theft.  A student reported that his cellular telephone was stolen from Rosenberg Library - Officer Wong reporting.

10/01, Downtown Campus, 1000 hours - Employee report of theft.  Construction employee reported a theft of a backpack from the first floor construction area - Officer Milowe reporting.
