11-30-07, 1338 hrs, Ocean Campus/Creative Arts, Vandalism
An employee reported racist graffiti in a restroom.  The incident was documented as a possible hate crime – Officer Ngoi reporting.

11-30-07, 1314 hrs, Ocean Campus/Havelock Street, Auto Theft
A student reported that his vehicle was stolen while he was in class – Sergeant Seligsohn reporting.

11-30-07, 1151 hrs, Ocean Campus/Cloud Circle, Theft
A student said her vehicle was broken into while parked near the Creative Arts Building.  The student told the officer that several items were stolen – Officer Boyko reporting.

A person reported that he was being stalked by an unknown suspect on campus.  Officers checked the area for the alleged starker with negative results – Officer Flood reporting.

A Sergeant stopped a vehicle for failing to yield to a pedestrian.  The driver of the vehicle had a suspended license.  The driver was issued a citation and his car was impounded – Sergeant Seligsohn reporting.

A Sergeant stopped a vehicle for speeding.  The driver of the vehicle had a suspended license.  The driver was issued a citation and her vehicle was impounded – Sergeant Seligsohn reporting.

An officer took a report of vandalism on an outside wall of campus.  The graffiti was related to local gang activity – Officer Lim reporting.

Officers responded to a report of a disruptive student.  Officers located the student and he was removed from campus – Officer Boyko reporting.

An officer stopped a vehicle for driving the wrong way on a one-way street.  The driver of the vehicle had a suspended license.  The driver was issued a citation and his vehicle was impounded – Officer Alfonso reporting.

An instructor reported that a projector was stolen from a classroom – Officer Russo reporting.

11-20-07, 2030 hrs, John Adams Campus, Theft
An employee reported that someone broke into a vending machine and stole money.  The vending machine company was notified of the incident – Officer Flood reporting.

A Sergeant stopped a vehicle for playing loud music.  The driver of the vehicle had a suspended driver’s license.  The driver was issued a citation and his car was impounded – Sergeant Seligsohn reporting.

An instructor reported that someone stole the power adaptor from his office sometime during the previous evening – Officer Hakes.

A student reported a death threat via email.  The student said she received several emails from a person threatening to kill her – Sergeant Low reporting.

An employee reported that some entered her unlocked vehicle and stole several items – Officer Flood reporting.

11-15-07, 1415 hrs, Downtown Campus, Attempted Theft
An employee reported that someone cut the security cable on a computer and projector – Officer Bermudez reporting.

11-14-07, 1530 hrs, Ocean Campus/Reservoir, Theft
A student reported that her vehicle was broken into and her purse was stolen – Officer Ramirez reporting.

11-14-07, 1525 hrs, Ocean Campus, Rape
A student reported that she was taken from campus in a vehicle and forcefully raped on a nearby street.  The student was able to identify her attacker and he arrested the following day – SFPD reporting.

11-14-07, 1104 hrs, Ocean Avenue, Suspended License/Warrant Arrest
An officer stopped a vehicle for making an illegal u-turn.  The driver of the vehicle had a suspended out of state license.  There was also a baggy of marijuana sitting in the center console of the vehicle.  The passenger of the vehicle admitted the marijuana was hers.  A record check of the passenger showed she had a $10,000 dollar warrant out of Santa Cruz County.  The driver was issued a citation and her car was impounded.  The passenger was taken to county jail and booked on her warrant and possession of marijuana – Officer Wendt Reporting.

11-13-07, 1600 hrs, Ocean Campus/Horticulture, Burglary
An instructor reported that a DVD player was stolen from his classroom – Officer Hector reporting.

11-13-07, 2039 hrs, Phelan Avenue, Vandalism
A student reported that someone broke a window on her vehicle.  The student said nothing was stolen from the vehicle – officer Hector reporting.

11-13-07, 1220 hrs, Ocean Campus/Conlan Hall, Marijuana Offence
An officer on patrol spotted two subjects rolling a marijuana cigarette.  One of the suspects admitted the marijuana cigarette was his.  During a search of the second suspect the officer found several baggies of marijuana packaged for sale.  The suspect with the marijuana cigarette was issued a citation and released.  The other suspect was booked at the Juvenile Justice Center for possession of marijuana for sale – Officer Boyko reporting.

11-10-07, 1535 hrs, Phelan Avenue, Stolen Vehicle
A student reported that her vehicle was stolen near Riordan High School – Officer Flood reporting.

11-09-07, 1215 hrs, Ocean Campus/Arts Extension, Battery/Terrorist Threats
A student reported that the day prior she was attacked and threatened with rape by a fellow student – SFPD reporting.

11-09-07, 1123 hrs, Ocean Campus/Student Union, Vandalism
Officers on patrol spotted a broken window.  The window was shot out by an unknown suspect with a pellet gun – Officer Sanchez reporting.

A student reported that her property was stolen from a locked desk – officer Sanchez reporting.

11-08-07, 1515 hrs, De Avila Campus, Vandalism
The building fire alarm was activated and the campus was evacuated.  An officer located the source of the alarm.  A smoke detector had been vandalism causing a false alarm – Officer Flood reporting.

11-07-07, 2345 hrs, Ocean Campus, Recovered Stolen vehicle
An officer on patrol spotted a suspicious vehicle.  The vehicle came back stolen out of Daly City, Ca.  The owner of the vehicle was contacted and recovered his vehicle – Officer Fiscal reporting.

11-07-07, 1602 hrs, Downtown Campus, Theft
An officer on patrol was advised by an employee of the Organic Cafι that money was stolen from Cafι’s tip jar – Officer Bermudez reporting.

11-07-07, 1340 hrs, Mission Campus, Theft
An instructor reported that a suspect entered her unlocked office and stole her purse.  The instructor saw the suspect leaving her office – Officer Gamarra reporting.

11-07-07, 1025 hrs, Phelan Avenue, Drug Offence/Weapon Possession
An officer stopped a vehicle for failing to yield to a pedestrian.  The officer could smell the odor of marijuana coming from the vehicle.  The officer searched the vehicle after gaining consent but did not find any marijuana.  The officer did find a baggy of suspected cocaine and a switchblade knife.  The suspect was booked at county jail for possession of cocaine and possession of a switchblade knife – Officer Edwards reporting.

11-06-07, 1930 hrs, Ocean Campus/Reservoir, Suspicious Occurrence
A neighbor reported that a man threw a stick at her dog while she was walking around the Reservoir Parking Lot.  Officers responded to the area but did not locate the suspect – Officer Borrego reporting.

11-06-07, 1900 hrs, Evans Campus, Domestic Violence
An officer was flagged down by the victim of a domestic violence that occurred off campus.  The victim advised the suspect was in class.  The victim told police that the suspect punched her, stole her cell phone and took her car.  When officers went to arrest the suspect he broke from the officer and ran off campus.  SFPD assisted in looking for the suspect but did not find him – SFPD reporting.

11-06-07, 1424 hrs, Downtown Campus, Detained Subject
An instructor spotted a suspect that had been peeping into the women’s restroom.  The officer detained the suspect who was also a student.  A record check showed the suspect had a warrant for his arrest.  The suspect was taken to county jail – Officer Bermudez reporting.

11-05-07, 1850 hrs, Ocean Campus/Parking Lot H, Stolen Vehicle
A person reported that his car was stolen sometime during the afternoon – Officer Hector reporting.

A student reported that she left her property unattended in a computer lab and when she returned it was missing – Officer Flood reporting.

11-02-07, 1011 hrs, Phelan Avenue, Suspicious Occurrence
A female student reported being followed the night before by a suspicious person in a van.  The suspect drove at the same speed she was walking.  The student was able to lose him and did not see him again – Officer Smith reporting.

11-01-07, 1710 hrs, Ocean Campus/Reservoir Lot, Theft
A student reported that while his vehicle was parked in the reservoir, the window was smashed out and his ipod was taken from the locked vehicle – Officer Edwards reporting.

11-01-07, 1400 hrs, Judson Avenue, Unlicensed driver
A sergeant stopped a vehicle for making an illegal turn.  The driver of the vehicle never had a license.  The Driver was issued a citation and the vehicle was impounded – Sergeant Seligsohn reporting.

11-01-07, 1326 hrs, Phelan Avenue, Marijuana Offense
Officers drove by a vehicle emitting a distinct and strong odor of marijuana.  Officers stopped the vehicle and the occupants admitted to using marijuana.  The marijuana was confiscated and the occupants were cited – Officer Boyko reporting.
