11/25, Phelan Campus, 2000 hours - An officer conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle for a lighting violation. The driver of the vehicle was driving without a license. The driver was issued a citation and her car was impounded-Officer Brooks reporting.
11/25, Phelan Campus, 1040 hours - Officer responded to the South Gym regarding a theft from building. A student said his backpacks with all of his belongings were stolen from his locker-Officer Brooks reporting.
11/20, John Adams Campus, 1200 hours - An officer responded to the front of the building on a reported fight. The fight was over by the time the officer arrived. A student said he was attacked by two suspects. The student sustained a cut lip in the attack. The suspects fled the area-Officer Apps reporting.
11/20, Phelan Campus, 1115 hours - A counter report was taken regarding a theft. A student reported that her wallet was stolen while she was on the bus. The suspects used the student’s credit cards at various gas stations around San Francisco-Officer Wong reporting.
11/20, Phelan Campus, 0615 hours - Officers responded to the second floor of Cloud Hall on a report of a person harassing students. Officers checked the area and found the subject sitting alone in a darkened class room. Officers identified the subject and conducted a criminal records check. The subject had various warrants for his arrest totaling $50,000 dollars. The subject was taken to County Jail Nine and booked for warrants-Officer Alfonso reporting.
11/19, Phelan Campus, 1759 hours - An officer and a Sergeant responded to the Creative Arts building on a report of a man harassing a woman in the bathroom. A witness directed police to the suspect upon their arrival. The suspect was detained and searched for weapons. A kitchen knife was found in the suspect’s pocket. A student said that the suspect was following and harassing her so she went into the restroom in an attempt to escape the suspect. The student said the suspect followed her into the restroom, trapped her and blocked the exit. A witness assisted the student and helped call police. The handcuffed suspect later escaped from an officer as he was being transported to jail. The suspect was captured a few hundred feet away by a quick on his feet Sergeant. The suspect was booked at County Jail Nine on charges of false imprisonment, possession of weapon on school grounds and delaying-Sergeant Seligsohn reporting.
11/19, Phelan Campus, 1640 hours - A student came to the San Francisco Community College District Police service counter and made odd statements. An officer determined that the student was a danger to others. The student was transported to San Francisco General Hospital’s Psychiatric Emergency Services for a psychiatric evaluation-Officer Smith reporting.
11/18, Phelan Campus, 1111 hours - A Sergeant responded to parking lot E regarding a possible hit and run accident. The incident turned out to be a case of road rage. A student was spit on and punched by an unknown suspect-Sergeant Low reporting.
11/18, Phelan Campus, 0730 hours - A counter report was taken regarding a theft from vehicle in the North Reservoir parking lot. A student reported that several items were stolen from his truck while it was parked overnight in the Reservoir -Officer Ramirez reporting.
11/17, Phelan Campus, 2136 hours - Officers responded to the North Reservoir parking lot regarding a theft from vehicle. A student said his vehicle was stripped of parts-Officer Murillo reporting.
11/16, Phelan Campus, 2140 hours - Officers on patrol noticed a person illegally dumping in parking lot E. The officers had the person pick up her refuse and gave the person a citation for illegal dumping-Officer Brooks reporting.
11/14, Alemany Campus, 1045 hours - A counter report was taken regarding a theft from vehicle. A faculty member said that a week prior someone had broken into the trunk of her vehicle and stolen valuables-Officer Gamarra reporting.
11/13, Phelan Campus, 0750 hours - Officers responded to the South Gym regarding a theft. A student reported that someone broke into his locker and stole his wallet. The students cut lock was found nearby-Officer Wong reporting.
11/12, Phelan Campus, 1525 hours - A counter report was taken regarding a theft in the Rosenberg Library. A student said someone stole her wallet and checkbook from her backpack as she was sleeping. Several hundred dollars worth of fraudulent charges were made on the student’s credit cards-Officer Smith reporting.
11/11, John Adams Campus, 1147 hours - An officer responded to a reported fight on the second floor. The students that were fighting were separated by the time the officer arrived. The fight started after one student accused the other of stealing his bottle of alcoholic beverage. The officer ran a criminal records check on the subjects. The person accused of stealing the bottle of alcohol from his fellow student was wanted out of Alameda County on a “no-bail” warrant. The suspected thief was booked at County Jail Nine for the theft and the warrant-Officer Flood reporting.
11/11, Phelan Campus, 1515 hours - A counter report was taken regarding a theft from building. A student reported that she left her backpack unattended in the library and when she returned her backpack was missing-Officer Hector reporting.
11/07, Phelan Campus, 1600 hours - A counter report was taken regarding a vandalism to vehicle. A student said his car was vandalized while it was parked on Marston Avenue-Officer Ngoi reporting.
11/06, Phelan Campus, 1825 hours - A Sergeant conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle for a lighting violation. The driver of the vehicle was driving with out a license. The driver of the vehicle was issued a citation and the car was impounded. While the sergeant and an officer waited for the tow truck, the owner of the vehicle arrived at the scene and attempted to get his car back. The owner of the vehicle continued to harass the Sergeant until he was arrested for obstructing a peace officer-Sergeant Seligsohn reporting.
11/06, Phelan Campus, 1250 hours - Officers responded to a reported disturbance at the Cafeteria. An employee of the college said a man did not pay for his meal and when confronted about this he became irate and abusive. The Suspect left the area prior to police arriving-Officer Ngoi reporting.
11/05, Mission Campus, 1030 hours - A counter report was taken regarding a possible stalking. A student reported that she felt she was being stalked by another student. A report was made and forwarded to the San Francisco Police Departments General Works-Officer Lopez reporting.
11/04, 51 McCoppin Street, 0808 hours - An officer recovered a stolen vehicle which was released to the owner-Officer Wong reporting.
11/04, Southeast campus 1200 hours - An officer detained three students suspected of vandalizing a bathroom. The officer did a criminal history check of the students. One student had a “no-bail” warrant for his arrest out of San Mateo County. Two of the students were transported and booked at the Youth Guidance Center, one for the felony warrant and the other for violating his probation. The third student was released-Officer Din reporting.
11/03, Phelan Campus, 1445 hours - A counter report was taken regarding a fraud. A student lost her ATM card on campus. The ATM card was later used to purchase several hundred dollars of merchandise at Stonestown Mall-Officer Hector reporting.
11/03, Phelan Campus, 1011 hours - An officer responded to the Creative Arts building on a reported battery. A student said she was shoved by another student. The suspect had already left the area and the student did not want to press charges-Officer Wong reporting.
