03/30, Ocean Campus, 1632 hours - Officers were dispatched to the Reservoir Parking Lot regarding an attempted vehicle theft. A student reported that someone broke into her vehicle and broke her ignition. The steering column was also damaged in the attempt to steal the vehicle - Sergeant Low reporting.
03/30, Ocean Campus, 1156 hours - Officers responded to a report of a disturbance in Cloud Hall. An employee of the college told police she had been battered by a student. The employee made a private person's arrest of the suspect. A Sergeant on scene issued the suspect a citation and released her - Sergeant Seligsohn reporting.
03/29, Ocean Campus, 1945 hours - An officer assisting another officer on a traffic stop became suspicious of a vehicle that parked nearby. The officer questioned the driver of the vehicle who said he was there to pick up his son who was arrested for driving without a license. The driver of the vehicle had an expired license. 03/28, Ocean Campus, 1020 hours - An officer on patrol stopped a vehicle for running a stop sign on Havelock Street. The driver of the vehicle had a suspended license. The driver was also wanted for a $5000 dollar warrant out of Solano County. Officers searched the suspect and his vehicle. Officers found a large amount of marijuana packaged for sale and over a thousand dollars in cash. The suspect was booked at County Jail Nine on his warrant, driving on a suspended license and possession of marijuana for sale - Officer Brooks reporting.
03/27, Ocean Campus, 1753 hours - An officer on patrol found a person drinking outside of an emergency exit. As the officer started to arrest the person for public drunkenness, the suspect got up and tried to run. The officer was able to stop the suspect who than became combative. The suspect ran when back-up units arrived on scene. The suspect fled onto the railroad tracks. Officers found the suspect hiding in some tall grass and arrested him. It turned out the suspect was wanted for a $50,000 dollar warrant. The suspect was checked by SFFD Paramedics than booked at County Jail Nine for the warrant and several Penal Code violations - Officer Fiscal reporting.
03/27, Ocean Campus, 1325 hours - An officer stopped a vehicle for failing to yield to a pedestrian on Phelan Avenue. The driver of the vehicle had a suspended license. The officer also smelled the odor a marijuana. The suspect showed the officer a baggy of marijuana that he had in his pocket. The suspect was issued a misdemeanor citation for the suspended license and marijuana possession. The suspect's car was impounded - Officer Edwards reporting.
03/26, Ocean Campus, 1050 hours - An officer attempted to stop a vehicle for speeding on Phelan Avenue. The vehicle initially failed to stop. The officer finally stopped the vehicle at Plymouth Street and Holloway Avenue. The driver of the vehicle was wanted for a felony no-bail warrant out of Solano County. Officers made contact with the subject and ask him to leave the office. The subject, instead of leaving, turned and began verbally abusing an office worker. After the subject refused to comply with an officer's commands, he was arrested. The subject was issued a misdemeanor citation for trespassing on campus and non-student disturbing the peace on campus then released - Officer Torres reporting.

03/15, Ocean Campus, 1050 hours - An officer responded to a report of a damaged door in Cloud Hall. An instructor reported that the door to her office had pry marks on it. The door was damaged but the suspect was unable to gain entry - Officer Brooks reporting.
03/14, Ocean Campus, 1520 hours - An officer responded to a report of a suspicious vehicle on Havelock Street and San Jose Avenue. The officer found the vehicle with the keys in the trunk lock. A subject approached the officer as he was investigating the vehicle and told the officer the vehicle was his. A check of the subject's driver's license verified ownership of the vehicle but his driver's license was suspended. The officer told the subject that he would need to get a licensed driver to recover the vehicle. Later, the subject came to the police station with a license driver and recovered the keys. The officer responded to the area were the subject's vehicle was parked to verify it was being driven by a licensed driver. The subject with the suspended license was driving the vehicle. The officer stopped the vehicle and issued a misdemeanor citation to the subject and impounded his vehicle - Officer Brooks reporting.

03/14, John Adams Campus, 1010 hours - An officer on patrol was flagged down by an instructor regarding a disruptive student. The instructor said there was a subject not enrolled in his class being disruptive and refusing to leave. The subject left when the instructor went to get the police - Officer Russo reporting.
03/13, Southeast Campus, 1445 hours - An officer responded to a report of a stolen vehicle. A person reported that his vehicle was stolen - Officer Fiscal reporting.
03/13, Ocean Campus, 1350 hours - Officers responded to the Parking Lot H regarding a person carrying a hunting bow and arrows. An officer spotted the suspect leaving in a vehicle. The officer stopped the vehicle and found the hunting bow in the front seat of the vehicle. The suspect was driving on a suspended driver's license and had a "no bail" warrant for his arrest. The suspect was arrested and placed in a patrol car while officers investigated further. A second suspect approached cover officers and began to harass them. The second suspect was getting belligerent and refused to stop interfering with the investigation. Officers detained the second suspect for interfering. The second suspect was on probation and had a search clause. Officer conducted a probation search on the second suspect and found a large amount of marijuana packaged for sale, as well as a large amount of cash. The second suspect was arrested for possession of marijuana for sale. Both suspects were taken to County Jail Nine and booked on various charges - Officer Brooks reporting.
03/13, Ocean Campus, 1320 hours - A counter report was taken regarding a theft in the Rosenberg Library. A student said she left her purse unattended for about ten minutes, she returned to find her purse missing. The student's purse was already turned into lost and found but it was missing several valuable items - Officer Hakes reporting.
03/13, Ocean Campus, 1227 hours - An officer stopped a vehicle on Cloud Circle for playing the car stereo too loud. The driver of the vehicle was wanted in Washington State for a parole violation. Washington did not want to extradite the suspect so he was released and cited for several vehicle code violations. Several .40 caliber bullets were also taken from the vehicle for safe keeping - Officer Milowe reporting.
03/13, Ocean Campus, 1126 hours - Officers responded to a report of a fight on Cloud Circle near the Lunch Box. A student told police that he had been battered by a suspect that already left the area. The student said he tried to break up a fight between the suspect and another student. The suspect allegedly pushed the student when he tried to break up the fight. The student said the suspect then took his glasses, threw them to the ground and stomped on them. Witnesses said that the suspect (a non-student) came to campus to confront a student that was allegedly spreading rumors about her. The suspect was identified - Officer Milowe reporting.

03/09, Ocean Campus, 1422 hours - Officers on patrol were notified by a bicycle patrol unit that there was a vehicle speeding on Cloud Circle. A police car started to follow the suspected speeder through campus. A check of the license plate showed the vehicle was stolen out of San Mateo. The patrol car followed the vehicle and radioed for additional units. Before back-up units could arrive, the stolen vehicle tried to make a quick u-turn. The officers forced the stolen vehicle into a driveway on Paulding Street. The driver of the vehicle was arrested as she exited the vehicle. The driver of the vehicle also had a $8000 warrant for her arrest out of Alameda County. The driver of the vehicle was booked at County Jail Nine for auto theft and her outstanding warrant - Officer Smith reporting.

03/08, Ocean Campus, 1113 hours - Several officers responded to the front of the Diego Rivera Theater regarding a fight in progress. The subjects involved in the fight were gone before the police arrived. A witness said two subjects were fighting and one was bleeding from the face.
