03/25, Phelan Campus, 1630 hours – A counter report was taken regarding terrorist threats. An employee of the college said a student threatened her – Officer Smith reporting.
03/23, Phelan Campus, 1400 hours – A counter report was taken regarding a hit and run in the North Reservoir. A student said his vehicle was hit while he attended class – Officer Hakes reporting.
03/22, Phelan Campus, 1705 hours – A counter report was taken regarding a theft from the track area. A student said she left her purse unattended while walking the track and when she returned it was missing – Officer Murillo reporting.
03/16, Phelan Campus, 1122 hours – An officer on patrol spotted a vehicle driving on a pedestrian path in the North Reservoir parking lot. The officer stopped the vehicle for the violation. The driver of the vehicle did not have a driver’s license. The driver of the vehicle was issued a citation and his vehicle was impounded – Officer Murillo reporting.
03/15, Phelan Campus, 1715 hours – An officer on patrol noticed several subjects loitering in an area known for narcotics sales. The officer stopped and talked with the subjects. After a cursory search of one of the subjects, the officer found a large knife. Two of the subjects were released and the third was taken to County Jail Nine and booked for possession of a weapon on school grounds – Officer Brooks reporting.
03/15, Phelan Campus, 1714 hours – An officer responded to the Creative Arts building regarding a student acting odd. The officer found the student and determined she was gravely disabled. The Student was taken to San Francisco General Hospital’s Psychological Emergency Services for a mental health evaluation – Officer Murillo reporting.
03/14, Phelan Campus, 1102 hours – Officers on patrol noticed a vending machine had been vandalized outside of the Creative Arts building – Officer Wong reporting.
03/11, Phelan Campus, 1250 hours – A counter report was taken regarding an auto burglary in the North Reservoir. A student reported that someone broke his car window and stolen several items from his car – Officer Wong reporting.
03/09, Phelan Campus, 1820 hours – An officer spotted a vehicle traveling at a high rate of speed in Parking lot A. The officer stopped the vehicle after it ran a stop sign. The driver of the vehicle was unlicensed. The driver’s vehicle was towed and impounded – Officer Brooks reporting.
03/08, Phelan Campus, 1130 hours – Officers responded to Smith Hall regarding a stolen vehicle. An employee had his car stolen on Clayton Street in San Francisco – Officer Ramirez reporting.
03/08, Phelan Campus, 0915 hours – An officer responded to a reported theft from Smith Hall. An employee of the college said she left her laptop unattended for a few minute and it was stolen – Officer Hakes reporting.
03/02, Phelan Campus, 0700 hours – A burglary occurred in the Student Union. SFPD’s Crime Scene Investigation unit was called to assist – SFPD reporting.
03/01, Phelan Campus, 1300 hours – An officer assisted a student that reported her car missing. It was later determined that the vehicle was stolen from the Reservoir parking lot – Officer Wong reporting.
03/01, Phelan Campus, 1115 hours – A counter report was taken regarding a reported battery in Smith Hall. A student said she was battered days before by another student – Officer Hakes reporting.
