07-31-2007, 1004 hours, Alemany Campus, Theft
An officer responded to t a report of a theft.  A Campus Control Aide reported that the American flag was stolen of from the campus flag pole – Officer Smith reporting.

07-26-2007, 1407 hours, Ocean Campus/Parking Lot A, Suspicious Occurrence
An officer on patrol spotted a man and a woman in an argument.  The officer stopped and asked if everything was okay. The woman indicated that thing were not okay.  The male was detained while the situation was investigated.  After it determined no violence between the two,

07-26-2007, 1119 hours, Ocean Campus/Reservoir Parking lot, Reckless Driving
A bicycle officer on patrol spotted a vehicle breaking traction and spinning around in the Reservoir.  The officer radioed for a vehicle to assist in a traffic stop.  Officers found and stopped the vehicle.  The driver was issued a citation for reckless driving and his vehicle was impounded – Officer Boyko reporting.

07-25-2007, 1320 hours, Ocean Campus/Reservoir Parking Lot, Expired License
An officer stopped a vehicle for not having a front license plate.  The driver of the vehicle had an expired license.  The driver was issued a citation and his vehicle was impounded – Officer Smith reporting.

07-25-2007, 1300 hours, Ocean Campus/Rosenberg library, Theft
A counter report was taken regarding a theft.  An employee said her keys were stolen – Officer Torres reporting.

07-24-2007, 1132 hours, 11 Phelan, Vandalism
An officer responded to the CCSF Bookstore regarding a malicious act.  An employee reported that someone damaged the rear door to the bookstore.  The damaged appeared to be very old – Officer Wendt reporting.

07-23-2007, 1438 hours, Judson Avenue, Vandalism
An officer responded to
Judson Avenue regarding a vehicle break-in.  A student told the officer that someone damaged the lock on his vehicle and smashed his window.  Nothing was stolen from the vehicle – Officer Hector reporting.

07-23-2007, 1415 hours, Ocean Campus/Cloud Circle, No License
An officer stopped a vehicle for driving the wrong way on a one-way street.  The driver of the vehicle was never issued a driver’s license.  The driver of the vehicle was issued a citation and his vehicle was impounded – Officer Sanchez reporting.

07-23-2007, 1355 hours, 11 Phelan Avenue, Grand Theft
An officer responded to the CCSF Bookstore regarding a theft.  An employee reported that a suspect stole several MP3 players from a counter – Officer Boyko reporting.

07-20-2007, 1405 hours, Ocean Campus/Cloud Hall, Aided Case
Officers responded to a report of a student lying on a restroom floor.  Officers found a student and contacted Student Health.  The School Nurse assisted the student – Officer Ngoi reporting.

07-20-2007, 0800 hours, Howth Street, Suspended License
A police officer stopped a vehicle for driving the wrong way on a one-way street.  The driver of the vehicle had a suspended driver’s license out of Wisconsin.  The driver was issued a citation and his vehicle was impounded – Officer Smith reporting.

07-19-2007, 1752 hours, Ocean Campus/Cloud Circle, Suspicious Occurrence
A counter report was taken regarding a verbal altercation between two students.  A student reported that he was verbally harassed by a bizarre acting student – Officer Wong reporting.

07-17-2007, 1630 hours, 20th Avenue, Vehicle Theft
A counter report was taken regarding a stolen vehicle.  An employee reported that her vehicle was stolen – Officer Boyko reporting.

07-17-2007, 2144 hours, Ocean Campus/South Gym, Vandalism
An officer responded to a report of graffiti in the South Gym.  An employee reported several fresh incidents of graffiti.  The vandal caused several hundred dollars in damaged – officer Hector reporting.

07-17-2007, 1131 hours, 200 Judson Avenue, Evading/Child Endangerment
Officers conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle for driving on the wrong side of the road.  The officer noticed a small child not wearing a seat belt in the back of the vehicle.  The driver of the vehicle was driving without a license.  When the officer went to speak to the driver about the suspension, the driver started the vehicle drove off.  The suspect fled at a high rate of speed with the child still in the vehicle.  The driver was identified and a warrant was issued for his arrest for child endangerment, evading a police officer and driving on a suspended license – Officer Edwards reporting.

07-16-2007, 1323 hours, Ocean Campus, Theft
An officer took a counter report regarding a theft at 1298 Market Street.  A college employee reported that her laptop and wallet were stolen while in a restaurant – Officer Wendt reporting.

07-16-2007, 1050 Hours, Ocean Campus/Rosenberg Library, Fraud
An officer took a counter report regarding a fraud in the Rosenberg Library.  Someone used a false identification to obtain library books. 

07-16-2007, 0645 Hours, De Avila Campus, Vandalism
An officer on patrol noticed graffiti on the front of the building.  The graffiti caused several hundred dollars in damages – Officer Russo reporting.  

07-13-2007, 1845 hours, Ocean Campus/Batmale Hall, Theft
A counter report was taken regarding a theft from person.  A student reported that his wallet was stolen from his backpack on or near the college.  The thief also used the student’s credit card to purchase several items – Sergeant Low reporting.

07-12-2007, 1648 hours, Ocean Campus/Cloud Circle, Aided Case
Officer responded to a report of a person that injured his ankle.  The injury was severe enough that paramedics were called.  The person was taken to the hospital via ambulance – Officer Ramirez reporting.

07-12-2007, 1100 hours, Ocean Campus/Conlan Hall, Burglary
An officer responded to
850 Bryant Street to recover college property taken in a burglary.  After SFPD Crime Scene Investigators processed a car towed by college police, the stolen property inside the car was returned to the college – Officer Ngoi reporting.

07-12-2007, 1049 hours, Ocean Campus/Parking Lot H, Vandalism
A counter report was taken regarding a Vandalism.  An employee reported that the day before someone wrote on his car with a marked – Officer Boyko Reporting.

07-11-2007, 1315 hours, Ocean Campus/Rosenberg Library, Theft
A counter report was taken regarding a theft in the Rosenberg Library.  A student reported that her wallet was taken from her backpack while it was left unattended – Officer Edwards reporting.

07-11-2007, 1129 hours, Edna Street, Suspicious Occurrence
Officer responded to the Edna Street on a report of kids throwing rocks.  After investigating the situation officers determined no crime was committed – Officer Boyko reporting.

07-10-2007, 0955 hours, Ocean Campus/Shop Building, Theft
A counter report was taken regarding items that were stolen from the maintenance shops.  An employee reported that last month two items were stolen from the shops area – Officer Boyko reporting.

07-10-2007, 0932 hours, Alemany Campus, Auto Burglary
An officer responded to the Alemany Campus regarding a vehicle break-in.  An employee reported that the day before some broke her car window and stole several items – Officer Smith reporting.

07-10-2007, 0930 hours, Ocean Campus/Cloud Hall, Lost property
A counter report was taken regarding a lost cellular phone – Officer Smith Reporting.

07-09-2007, 1851 hours, Judson Avenue, Recovered stolen vehicle
An officer on patrol spotted suspicious vehicle parked on Judson Avenue near Gennessee Street.  The vehicle turned out to be stolen.  The vehicle was recovered and returned to the owner – Officer Alfonso reporting. 

07-07-2007, 1925 hours, Ocean Campus/Reservoir Parking Lot
An officer was dispatched to the Reservoir Parking Lot regarding a motorcycle accident.  A person fell off of a stopped motorcycle.  The person sustained minor scrapes and the motorcycle was damaged.  No medical attention was required or requested – Officer Wendt reporting.

07-06-2007, 1609 hours, Ocean Campus/Conlan Hall, Lost property
A counter report was taken regarding lost property.  An employee reported her purse missing – Officer Wong reporting.

07-06-2007, 1205 hours, Ocean Campus, Identity Theft
Officers responded to
a 35th Avenue home in the Sunset District to investigate an identity theft.  Officers wanted to talk to a suspect in the incident.  While talking to the suspect, officers discovered stolen items in the suspect’s vehicle.  The suspect had his vehicle filled with items taken from a burglary the occurred at the college on 07-02-2007.  Officers arrested the suspect and booked him at county jail.  The suspect vehicle was impounded – Officer Ngoi reporting.

07-06-2007, 0810 hours, Ocean Campus, Suspicious Occurrence
An officer responded to Batmale Hall regarding a suspicious person.  The officer was unable to locate the subject.  About a half hour later, a second report of a suspicious person was called in from Science Building.  Again the subject had already left the area.  The officer was able to determine the identity of the person and confirmed the subject was actually a student – Officer Boyko reporting.

07-03-2007, 1500 hours, Southeast Campus, Suspicious Occurrence
An officer on patrol was flagged down by an employee regarding a person acting strange.  The subject was identified and left the building – Officer Lopez reporting.    

07-02-2007, 1133 hours, Ocean Campus/700 Bungalows, Aided Case
Officers were dispatched to the 700 Bungalows on a report of a sick person.  Officer located an instructor that was disoriented and ill.  An ambulance was called and the instructor was transported to the hospital – Officer Hakes reporting.

07-02-2007, 0829 hours, Ocean Campus/Cafeteria, Battery Suspect
An officer responded to the Cafeteria on a report of a suspect that was involved in a battery on an employee.  The officer located the suspect but the victim refused to press charges – Officer Edwards reporting.

07-02-2007, 0757 hours, Ocean Campus/Conlan Hall, Burglary
An officer responded to a report of a burglary in Conlan Hall.  An employee reported that someone broke into his office and stole a several items.  SFPD’s CSI unit assisted processed the crime scene – Officer Wendt Reporting.
