07/30, Ocean Campus, 1604 hours – An officer was approached by a subject that said he was just robbed and his wallet was taken. The subject proceeded to take out his wallet and get out his driver’s license. After some questioning, the officer was determined the subject was not robbed but mentally incapacitated. The subject was transported to SFGH Psychiatric Emergency Services for a mental health evaluation – Officer Jacobsen reporting.
07/27, Ocean Campus, 1547 hours – Officers were dispatched to Conlan Hall regarding a man acting suspicious and walking in and out of offices. Officers made contact with the suspect who was carrying an open beer. A warrants check of the subject came back with four outstanding warrants for his arrest. The subject was booked at County Jail Nine to clear up his multiple warrants – Officer Murillo reporting.
07/26, Ocean Campus, 1930 hours – An officer stopped a vehicle for making an illegal u-turn. The driver of the vehicle did not have a driver’s license issued. The driver was issued a citation and her vehicle was towed – Officer Jacobsen reporting.
07/16, Ocean Campus, 1320 hours – A counter report was taken regarding a theft from the Science Building. A student said he left his backpack unattended for four hours in a class room and when he returned it was missing – Officer Wong officer.
07/14, Ocean Campus, 1500 hours – A counter report was taken regarding a theft of a bicycle from Ram Plaza. A student said he left his unlocked bicycle on the bike rack and when he returned his bicycle was missing – Officer Hakes reporting.
07/12, Ocean Campus, 2200 hours – Officers on patrol spotted a vehicle pointed the wrong way on A-strip. Officers contacted the driver of the vehicle. The driver said she did not have a driver’s license. A records check came back with a “no bail” warrant. The subject was booked at County Jail Nine for the warrant and driving without a license. The car was impounded – Officer Jacobsen reporting.
07/09, Downtown Campus, 1355 hours – An officer responded to a report of a suspicious male trying to sell a laptop computer on the fourth floor. The officer made contact with the subject and ran a criminal history check. The subject had an outstanding $15000 warrant for his arrest. The officer also discovered what appeared to be a crack pipe while arresting the subject. The subject was booked at County Jail Nine for possession of narcotics paraphernalia and the outstanding warrant – Officer Milowe reporting.
07/09, Ocean Campus, 1230 hours – A counter report was taken regarding a theft in the Cafeteria. A student said a group of people came up to her and started asking a lot of questions. After the contact, the student notice her wallet was missing from her bag – Officer Borrego reporting.
07/09, Ocean Campus, 1100 hours – A counter report was taken regarding a battery that occurred in the Science Building. The victim said he was trying to defend himself against two suspects that attacked him. The victim told officers that he had his sweater pulled over his head and he was struck in the face by one of the suspects – Officer Wong reporting.
07/07, Ocean Campus, 1450 hours – Officers were dispatched to Cloud Circle on a reported hit and run. An instructor said he was struck by a red car. The instructor told officers that the car struck him, stopped and then fled the area – Officer Fiscal reporting.
07/06, John Adams Campus, 1230 hours – Officers responded to a coffee shop across from campus to stop a fight in progress. The officers broke up the fight as several SFPD units also arrived on scene. The fight started at a residence and spilled out onto the street. One of the parties was issued a citation for battery – SFPD reporting.
07/04, Ocean Campus, 1820 hours – Officers on patrol noticed a man hanging out in a secluded area near Smith Hall. The man was evasive and refused to identify himself. After the subject identified, he was issued a citation for loitering and released – Officer Jacobsen reporting.
07/04, Ocean Campus, 1144 hours – Officers responded to a burglar alarm at Smith Hall. Upon arrival the officers discovered the doors to the building were damaged and forced open. Officer conducted a search of the building but found no one – Officer Wong reporting.
07/04, Ocean Campus, 0943 hours – Officers were dispatched to the North Reservoir on a report of a man sleeping in the bushes. Officers located the man and ran criminal history check. The subject had a $5000 warrant for his arrest. The subject was booked at SFPD’s Ingleside Station for his outstanding warrant – Officer Russo reporting.
07/03, Ocean Campus, 2200 hours – An officer stopped a vehicle for making an illegal left turn. The driver of the vehicle had a suspended license. The driver of the vehicle was issued a citation and her vehicle was impounded – Officer Jacobsen reporting.
07/01, Evans Campus, 1000 hours – An officer was dispatched to the rear parking lot regarding a theft from vehicle. A teacher said that someone broke into his vehicle and stole his car stereo – Officer Fiscal reporting.
