01/31, Ocean Campus, 1954 hours - An officer was dispatched to the Science building on a report of a vandalism. An instructor reported someone broke the window to her office. A witness said a male and female were arguing near the office - Officer Wong reporting.

01/31, Ocean Campus, 1713 hours - Officers were dispatched to the Rosenberg Library regarding a bomb threat. A student yelled that she planted a bomb in the library. Officers evacuated the library and searched for any suspicious devices, none were found. 01/31, Ocean Campus, 1420 hours - An officer on patrol spotted a group of individuals handing out flyers on a narrow pedestrian foot bridge. The group was warned by the officer before about blocking the pedestrian foot bridge. All four subjects were issued citations for obstructing a sidewalk - Officer Edwards reporting.

01/26, Ocean Campus, 0943 hours - Officers responded to the Arts Extension Building on a report of an instructor having a heart attack. The first officer on scene started CPR and was later assisted by the school nurse. The San Francisco Fire Department arrived a short time later and took over life saving efforts. The instructor was transported by ambulance to the hospital. Despite the quick action of the Police, Nursing staff, Fire Fighters and Paramedics, the instructor passed away - Officer Boyko reporting.
01/25, John Adams Campus, 1424 hours - An officer responded to a classroom after a reported vandalism. An instructor reported that a rock was thrown through her classroom window while class was in session. Nobody was injured and no suspect was seen - Officer Flood reporting.
01/25, Ocean Campus, 1045 hours - A sergeant on patrol was flagged down by a citizen that reported two suspicious males. The citizen said the two suspects were pulling on car door handles and possibly casing cars in the Reservoir. The Sergeant spotted the two suspects walking on Phelan Avenue. A second officer stopped the two suspects who were smoking a marijuana cigarette. A criminal history check revealed that one of the suspects was wanted on a $100,000 dollar warrant for assaulting a police officer and trying to take a police officer's firearm. The suspect was taken to County Jail Nine and booked on his warrant. The other suspect was released - Officer Smith reporting.
01/25, Ocean Campus, 1253 hours - An officer on patrol observed a student in distress holding onto a pole. The officer assessed the student and found her condition worsening. An ambulance was called and the student was taken to the hospital by the San Francisco Fire Department Paramedics- Officer Edwards reporting.

01/23, Ocean Campus, 1030 hours - Officers were dispatched to Batmale Hall regarding an indecent exposure. Two students said the suspect was exposing his penis. While officers were searching for the suspect, a student pointed out the suspect sitting at a bench on Cloud Circle. The suspect spotted police walking towards him and walked away. 01/20, Ocean Campus, 1209 hours - Officers responded to the Student Union regarding a student that had been punched and the suspect was still in the area. Witnesses said a male suspect (also a student) attacked a female student. The suspect allegedly wanted money from the student and attacked her when she did not give him money. The incident was domestic violence related. The suspect was not located but is known to police - Officer Ngoi reporting.

01/19, Ocean Campus, 1556 hours - A Sergeant on patrol spotted two students in an altercation on Cloud Circle near the Rosenberg Library. The two students were boyfriend and girlfriend. During a cursory search for weapons a large folding knife was recovered from the male's pants hidden near his groin. The male student was arrested for felony possession of a knife on campus and the female student was released. 01/19, Southeast Campus, 0918 hours - An officer responded to a report of a suspended student that was not supposed to be on campus. The officer made contact with the student and did a criminal history check on her. The student was wanted for assault with a deadly weapon on a police officer and had a $10,000 warrant for her arrest. 01/10, Southeast Campus, 1015 hours - An officer responded to a report of a fight with weapons between two students. The students were separated prior to the officer's arrival. The officer recovered a 14" inch butcher knife from one of the students. A witness said the student pulled the butcher knife out of her backpack during an argument and threatened another student. Upon seeing the butcher knife, the threatened student fled and was pursued by the knife wielding student. A quick thinking security guard saw the student with the knife and slammed the classroom door and barred it until she put the knife down. The student with the knife was booked at the San Francisco Youth Guidance Center for assault with a deadly weapon, possession of a knife on campus and terrorist threats - Officer Fiscal reporting.

01/05, Ocean Campus, 1301 hours - Officers responded to a report of a subject causing a disturbance in the hallway of Conlan Hall. Arriving officers immediately recognized the subject as a person previously arrested on campus for weapons possession. The subject was taken into custody without incident. The subject also had a restraining order to stay away from the Ocean Campus. The subject was taken to County Jail Nine and booked for violating the restraining order and trespassing - Officer Smith reporting.
