01/22, Phelan Campus, 1645 hours – An officer responded to parking lot-B on a report of a vehicle break-in. An unknown suspect attempted to steal the stereo from a student’s vehicle. The student said the damaged happened while she was in class - Officer Murillo reporting.
01/21, Phelan Campus, 1355 hours – An officer was dispatched to the Havelock Street and West Road regarding a traffic collision. A semi truck hit a stop sign, ran over a bicycle, hit and damaged a building, then struck a parked car then drove off – Officer Ngoi reporting.
01/21, Phelan Campus, 0900 hours – A counter report was taken on a report of a theft from Conlan Hall. A student said she left her books unattended while she used the bathroom and when she returned all of her books were missing-Officer Ngoi reporting.
01/16, Phelan Campus, 1435 hours – A counter report was taken regarding a hit and run accident the previous day. The owner of the vehicle said she noticed her car had been damaged after she returned home – Officer Wong reporting.
01/15, Phelan Campus, 1909 hours – An instructor came to the police station to ask for help because a student refused to leave the classroom. Officers arrived at the classroom to find a belligerent student who continued to yell at the teacher. The student refused orders by police and the teacher to leave. Officers tried to remove the student from the classroom and she became combative. The student was placed under arrest for remaining on campus without consent and resisting arrest – Officer Borrego reporting.
01/15, Phelan Campus, 1648 hours – An officer was dispatched to the South Gym regarding a burglary from vehicle. A student said he left his vehicle parked on campus overnight. The student said he returned to his vehicle to find a window broken and his car stereo components stolen – Officer Borrego reporting.
01/14, Phelan Campus, 1620 hours – A counter report was taken regarding a theft from outside the Student Union. A vendor at the college said someone stole his lockbox which was chained up outside the Student Union – Officer Smith reporting.
01/14, Phelan Campus, 1540 hours – A counter report was taken on a reported theft from Conlan Hall. A student said he left his bag unattended while he went to the bathroom and when he returned his Spanish book was missing – Officer Murillo reporting.
01/09, Phelan Campus, 1115 hours – A counter report was made regarding a stolen bicycle from Conlan Hall. A student said he locked his bike to a railing and when he returned his bicycle was missing – Officer Wong reporting.
01/07, Phelan Campus, 1750 hours – Officers responded to Batmale Hall on a report of juveniles vandalizing furniture. The two juvenile suspects were arrested outside Batmale Hall for drinking alcohol. One of the juveniles was carrying a knife and had been previously arrested for robbing a student on campus. Both juveniles were booked at a juvenile detention facility on charges of drinking in public and one on possession of felony knife on campus – Officer Hector reporting.
01/05, Phelan Campus, 0815 hours – An officer responded to the Ornamental/Horticulture building on a report of a burglary. Unknown suspects broke into a storage shed and stole numerous gardening tools – Officer Wong reporting.
