Several people reported that another student was acting inappropriately and yelling at other students. 02/17, Ocean Campus, 1645 hours – An officer was dispatched to the District Office on a report from SFPD of several suspicious subjects looking into parked vehicles. The officer arrived and found several subjects drinking in the parking lot. The subjects fled the parking in different directions once they spotted the officer. One subject did not run and began acting belligerent. The subject was arrested for public intoxication and taken to County Jail – Officer Alfonso reporting.

02/08, Ocean Campus, 1231 hours – An officer was dispatched to the Student Union on a report of a student who stole from the City Café. The student was later found and detained by officers in the Library. The student was also wanted out of Florida for possession of cocaine. Florida did not want to extradite the student so he was issued a citation and released at the station. 02/02, Downtown Campus, 1445 hours – An officer observed a subject harassing a counselor. The officer was in the process of escorting the subject off-campus when he became violent. The officer subdued and handcuffed the subject. While the officer was waiting for back-up, the handcuffed subject fled on foot.
