02/28, Phelan Campus, 0910 hours-A counter report was taken regarding a battery on Phelan Avenue. The victim was walking to class when a red car refused to stop for him at the pedestrian crosswalk on Phelan Avenue. The victim motioned and yelled at the vehicle. The vehicle stopped and the passenger got out of the vehicle and punched the victim in the face. Witnesses to the incident took the victim to the student health center to be looked at. The victim then reported the incident to police-Officer Ngoi reporting.
02/26, Phelan Campus, 1153 hours-An officer responded to a report of a vehicle stolen from the North Reservoir parking lot. The officer located the vehicle in the Potrero Hill Area of San Francisco. The student was reunited with car a few hours after it was stolen-Officer Ngoi reporting.
02/25, Phelan Campus, 1830 hours-An officer assisting in a domestic violence investigation found out that one of the involved parties had a $25,000 arrest warrant for violating a restraining order. The suspect was booked at County Jail Nine-Sergeant Seligsohn reporting.
02/25, Phelan Campus, 1805 hours-A counter report was taken regarding a domestic violence dispute that occurred earlier in the day near the gyms. All parties in this dispute were located and interviewed. The investigation was turned over to the San Francisco Police Department's Domestic Violence Unit-Officer Torres reporting.
02/20, Phelan Campus, 2140 hours-An officer on patrol was flagged down in the South Reservoir parking lot. The victim said someone smashed his passenger side window but nothing appeared to be stolen-Officer Zuñiga reporting.
02/20, Phelan Campus, 1604 hours-An officer was dispatched to Ram Plaza regarding an attempted theft. A vendor in the plaza said a group of young men swarmed her table while one of them put a display cellular phone under his shirt. The vendor said she confronted the young man and he put the phone down on another vendor's table-Officer Zuñiga reporting.
02/20, Phelan Campus, 1245 hours-An officer on patrol was flagged down by a concerned citizen regarding unconscious man in the bushes adjacent the North Reservoir parking lot. The officer located the subject. The subject was conscious but claimed he wanted to commit suicide. The officer determined the subject was a danger to himself or others. The officer took the subject to San Francisco General Hospital's Psychiatric Emergency Services Unit on a mental health detention-Officer Zuñiga reporting.
02/18, Phelan Campus, 1950 hours-A counter report was taken regarding a theft in the South Gym. The victim was a student attending gym class. The student returned to his locker to find his jacket and wallet stolen-Officer Low reporting.
02/18, Evans Campus, 1016 hours-An officer was dispatched to a theft from vehicle. A student said someone smashed the rear window of his vehicle and stole that car stereo-Officer Borrego reporting.
02/13, Paulding and San Jose, 1400 hours-An officer on patrol observed a vehicle accelerate at a high rate of speed. The vehicle's tires were smoking and the rear of the vehicle was fishtailing. The officer conducted a traffic stop on the vehicle. The driver of the car was issued a citation for multiple violations of the vehicle code-Officer Torres reporting.
02/13, Phelan Campus, 1240 hours-A counter report was taken regarding a vehicle strip in the North Reservoir parking lot. A student said that someone stole her rear window wiper assembly-Officer Ramirez reporting.
02/12, Phelan Campus, 1420 hours-A counter report was taken regarding a theft in the South Gym. A student said he was playing basketball and left his backpack unattended. The student later realized that his wallet was missing-Officer Zuñiga reporting.

The student said he returned to his car after class and found the trunk of his car open. The student said he returned to his locker after class and found his locker open. The student said his clothes and wallet were missing from the locker-Officer Borrego reporting.
02/04, Phelan Campus, 0824 hours-An SFCCD Police Officer assisted San Francisco Police on a child abuse investigation. The alleged incident occurred near the Day Care Center at the college. A witness to the incident flagged down an SFPD unit for assistance. The investigation lead to the arrest of the alleged child abuser, who was booked at County Jail Nine-San Francisco Police Department Reporting.
02/03, Phelan Campus, 1928 hours-An Officer on patrol noticed a suspicious vehicle parked in parking lot E. The vehicle's license plates were registered to another vehicle. After an investigation it was determined the owner of the vehicle swapped her license plates with another vehicle for fraudulent reasons. The vehicle was impounded for further investigation. The owner of the vehicle was issued a citation for displaying improper plates-Officer Smith reporting.
02/03, Phelan Campus, 1011 hours-Officers responded to the lunch box on a report of several men beating a student. All parties involved in the altercation had already fled the area. Witnesses said several men were beating another man. One of the suspects dropped a knife on the ground and a witness grabbed the knife to keep the suspects from stabbing the victim. The victim later showed up at the SFCCD police station. The victim gave the police a statement and information about the suspects. The student refused medical attention for injuries sustained in the attack-Officer Russo reporting.
02/02, Gough Administrative Offices, 1530 hours-A counter report was taken regarding a strange man masturbating in the bathroom. The suspect ran from the building when a college employee entered the building-Officer Murillo reporting.
