12-31-07, 2203 hrs, Ocean Campus/EOPS, Vandalism
An officer on patrol spotted a large amount spray painted graffiti on the EOPS building.  The vandals caused hundreds of dollars worth of damaged – Officer Wong reporting.

12-21-07, 1700 hrs, Ocean Campus/Reservoir, Reckless Driving
An officer on patrol was approaching a vehicle when the driver suddenly and for no apparent reason made a sharp turn and began “burning out”.  The officer stopped the vehicle for reckless driving.  The driver of the vehicle was never issued a driver’s license.  The driver was issued a citation for reckless driving and driving unlicensed.  The vehicle was impounded – Officer Ramirez reporting.  

12-18-07, 1829 hrs, Ocean Campus/Marston Road, Suspended License
An officer stopped a vehicle for driving the wrong way on a one-way street.  The driver of the vehicle had a suspended license.  The driver was issued a citation and his vehicle was impounded – Officer Alfonso reporting.

12-18-07, 1327 hrs, Ocean Campus, Suspicious Occurrence
A teacher reported a possible fraud scheme at the college.  Upon further investigation it appears a student was the victim of identity theft – Officer Hector reporting.

12-18-07, 0842 hrs, Ocean Campus/Batmale Hall, Burglary
Employees reported that multiple items were stolen from their offices sometime during the previous evening.  SFPD Crime Scene assisted in processing the crime scene – Officer Hakes reporting.

12-17-07, 1215 hrs, Ocean Campus/Reservoir, Theft
A student reported that several items were stolen from her vehicle while she attended class – Officer Hakes reporting.

12-15-07, 0740 hrs, Ocean Campus/Cloud Circle, Property Damage
An employee reported that a tree fell and struck his vehicle while it was parked.  A contractor cutting down trees in the area claimed responsibility – Officer Wendt Reporting.

12-13-07, 0745 hrs, Ocean Campus/Student Union, Suspicious Person
Officers responded to a report of a disturbance.  The person causing the disturbance was not a student.  The person was escorted off campus and given a trespassing admonishment – Officer Edwards reporting.

12-13-07, 0819 hrs, Ocean Campus/Creative Arts, Aided Case
Officers responded to a report of an unconscious student.  Officers arrived at the same time as the school nurse.  The nurse assisted the student – Officer Smith reporting.

12-12-07, 1706 hrs, Gough Administrative Offices, Vandalism
An officer took a report of a broken window.  An employee reported hearing the glass break but did not see anything – Officer Flood reporting.

12-10-07, 1936 hrs, Ocean Campus/Conlan Hall, Suicidal Person
Officers responded to a 911 call of a person threatening suicide with a razor.  Officers found the person and detained him.  Officers determined the person was a danger to himself and took the person to Psychological Emergency Services for a mental Health evaluation – Officer Wong reporting.

12-07-07, 1148 hrs, Ocean Campus/Student Union, Theft
A student reported that his textbook was stolen.  The thief was later identified – Officer Ngoi reporting.

12-06-07, 1630 hrs, Ocean Campus/Rosenberg Library, Theft
A student reported that his laptop was stolen.  The student said he only left his laptop unattended for a few minutes and when he returned it was missing – Officer Ramirez reporting.

12-06-07, 1043 hrs, Ocean Campus/Ram Plaza, Trespassing Arrest
An officer responded to a report of protesters refusing to leave campus.  The officer was advised that the protesters’ consent to be on campus was withdrawn.  One protester refused to leave campus and was arrested.  The protester was issued a citation and released – Officer Edwards reporting.

12-05-07, 1143 hrs, Ocean Campus/Cloud Hall, Terrorist Threats
Officers responded to a report of a fight.  Officers arrived and detained a suspect that was shouting and being aggressive towards officers.  The victim, another student, said the suspect threatened to shoot him.  Neither student had a weapon and the victim refused to cooperate with police.  The suspect removed from campus for the day – Officer Boyko reporting.

12-04-07, 2216 hrs, Ocean Campus/Creative Arts, Theft
A student reported that his bicycle was stolen while he attended class – Officer Hector reporting.

12-03-07, 1600 hrs, Ocean Campus/Flood Street, Road Rage
A student reported that she got into a shouting match with another student over a parking space – Sergeant Low reporting.

12-03-07, 1751 hrs, Ocean Campus/Reservoir, Vandalism
A student reported that a tire on his vehicle was flattened – Officer Ramirez reporting.

12-02-07, 1547 hrs, Ocean Campus/South Gym, Aided Case
Officers responded to a report of a juvenile injured during a sporting event.  An ambulance was called and the juvenile was transported to the hospital – Officer Ramirez reporting.

12-01-07, 1300 hrs, Ocean Campus/Phelan Avenue, Theft
A student at
Riordan High School reported that someone broke into his vehicle.  One of the vehicle’s windows was shattered and several items were stolen – Officer Wendt reporting.
