08-30-2007, 2010 hours, Ocean Campus/Science Circle, Expired License
An officer stopped a vehicle speeding on campus.  The driver of the vehicle had an expired license.  The driver was issued a citation and his vehicle was impounded – Officer Borrego reporting.

08-29-2007, 1530 hours, Ocean Campus/Reservoir Parking Lot, Vandalism to Vehicle
A counter report was taken regarding a vandalism in the Reservoir.  A student reported that someone dented her vehicle sometime during the day – Officer Hector reporting.

08-29-2007, 1014 hours, Ocean Campus, Suspended License
A Sergeant stopped a vehicle for a seatbelt violation.  The driver of the vehicle had a suspended license.  A criminal records check showed the driver had a warrant for his arrest out of Solano County.  Upon searching the vehicle, the Sergeant also found a large bag of marijuana.  The driver of the vehicle was booked at county jail on his warrant and other charges.  The vehicle was impounded – Sergeant Seligsohn reporting.  

08-27-2007, 2147 hours, Ocean Campus/Science Building, Disturbance
Officers responded to a report of a subject harassing a teacher.  While an investigation was being conducted, the subject began fighting with police.  Officers tried to arrest the subject and she became extremely combative.  The subject was finally subdued and handcuffed.  The subject was taken to county jail and booked for disturbing the peace on school property and resisting arrest – Officer Ramirez reporting. 

08-27-2007, 2055 hours, Ocean Campus/Cloud Hall, Aided Case
A student came to the Police Office and requested and ambulance because he was feeling ill.  An officer called for paramedics and the transported the student to the hospital – Officer Flood reporting.

08-27-2007, 1605 hours, Ocean Campus, Disabled Placard Fraud
An officer on patrol spotted a vehicle he was investigating for using a disabled placard fraudulently.  A traffic stop was conducted on the vehicle.  Not only was the driver of the vehicle fraudulently using a handicapped placard, she also had a suspended driver’s license.  The driver of the vehicle was issued a citation and her car was impounded – Officer Edwards reporting.     

08-27-2007, 1130 hours, Ocean Campus/Science Building, Suspicious Occurrence
An officer took a counter report regarding a student acting suspicious.  A student reported that on 08-24-2007 another student asked him to watch a backpack that contained several weapons.  The student refused and the suspect student became irate.  The student left but did not contact authorities.  The suspect was identified as student that was arrested on 08-24-2007 on a warrant and other violent offences – Officer Edwards reporting.

08-25-2007, 1620 hours, Ocean Avenue, Expired License
An officer stopped a vehicle for impeding traffic on Ocean Avenue.  The driver of the vehicle had an expired driver’s license.  The driver of the vehicle was issued a citation and his vehicle was impounded – Officer Borrego reporting.

08-24-2007, 1436 hours, Ocean Campus/Bookstore, Warrant Arrest
Officers responded to the CCSF Bookstore regarding a violent student.  Employees reported that a student was yelling and abusing people.  The student also carried a heavy sign to the Ocean Avenue pedestrian bridge and threw it at cars passing below.  An employee followed the student until he entered a bus on Phelan Avenue.  Officers entered the bus and found the student.  Officers immediately recognized the student as a wanted suspect they were looking for.  The student fought officer’s attempts to arrest him.  It took several police officers to subdue the student.  The student was booked at county jail on multiple charges – Officer Smith reporting.

08-24-2007, 1130 hours, Ocean Campus/Rosenberg Library, Suspicious Occurrence
Officers responded to the Rosenberg Library regarding a peeping tom.  A student said a man peeked under the toilet stall while she was using the restroom.  Officers did not find the suspect described by the victim – Officer Sanchez reporting.

08-23-2007, 1847 hours, Ocean Campus/Cloud Hall, Aided Case
An officer was dispatched to Cloud Hall regarding a student feeling dizzy.  The officer called for an ambulance upon arrival.  The student was treated by paramedics on scene – Officer Boyko reporting.

08-22-2007, 1817 hours, Ocean Campus/Cloud Hall, Weapon Possession
Officers responded to the Student Union on an anonymous report of a verbal altercation/domestic violence incident.  The involved parties left the area prior to officers arriving on scene.  Witnesses in the area gave a description of a subject involved in the incident.  Officers located the subject few minutes later outside of the police office.  Officers checked the subjects for weapons and found a large folding knife.  The subject was also in possession of a small amount of marijuana.  The subject was booked at county jail for possession of a knife on campus and possession of marijuana – Officer Edwards reporting.

08-22-2007, 1755 hours, 11 Phelan Avenue, Refuse to Obey Officer
An officer doing traffic control on Phelan Avenue was stopping pedestrians in order to alleviate traffic on
Phelan Avenue.  One of the pedestrians refused to stop and walked into traffic.  The pedestrian was stopped and issued a citation for refusing to obey a police officer doing traffic control – Officer Borrego reporting.

08-22-2007, 1635 hours, Ocean Campus/Science Building, Theft
A counter report was taken regarding a theft in the Science Building.  A student reported that her purse was stolen while she talked with an instructor.  The purse was left unattended only for a few minutes – Officer Ramirez reporting.

08-22-2007, 1530 hours, Ocean Campus/Bookstore, Lost Property
An officer responded to the bookstore regarding a lost property report.  A student reported that he lost a book voucher worth $275.00 dollars – Officer Borrego reporting.

08-22-2007, 1329 hours, 214 Phelan Avenue, Auto Burglary
A Sergeant was flagged down by a student that had her vehicle broken into.  The student said someone smashed her window and stole her book bag – Sergeant Seligsohn reporting.

08-21-2007, 2101 hours, Foerster Street, Hit and Run
A counter report was taken regarding a hit and run accident on Foerster Street.  An instructor at the college reported that someone cut him off and in the process struck the front of his vehicle.  The suspect that struck his vehicle did not stop – Officer Edwards reporting.

08-21-2007, 1451 hours, Ocean Campus/Batmale Hall, Aided Case
Officers responded to a reported medical emergency in Batmale Hall.  Officers assisted a sick instructor until the school’s nurse and paramedics arrived on scene.  The instructor refused the ambulance and any further medical assistance – Officer Hakes reporting.

08-21-2007, 1246 hours, Ocean Campus/Reservoir Parking Lot, Vehicle Tampering
Officers responded to a report of two suspects in a vehicle that was not theirs.  A student was watching the suspects as she called police.  As officers converged on the suspects, they exited the vehicle then fled in a blue Mustang and were lost in heavy traffic.  The Mustang was later reported stolen and found abandon – Officer Wendt reporting. 

08-21-2007, 1220 hours, Ocean Campus/Cloud Hall, Aided Case
An officer provided first aid to a student that fell off of his bicycle.  The student was referred to Student Health – Officer Hakes reporting.

08-21-2007, 1147 hours, Ocean Campus/Reservoir Parking Lot, Auto Burglary
An officer was flagged down in the Reservoir by a student that had her vehicle broken into.  The student reported several hundred dollars in cash and valuables were stolen from her vehicle – Officer Smith reporting.

08-21-2007, 1100 hours, Ocean Campus/Reservoir Parking Lot, Suspicious Occurrence
Officers responded to a report of a possible fight in the Reservoir.  Two students were in a fight over parking.  Neither student wanted to press charges.  One of the students was issued a citation for several violations of the California Vehicle Code – Officer Smith reporting.  

08-21-2007, 0918 hours, Ocean Campus/Cloud Hall, Suspicious Occurrence
An officer responded to Cloud Hall regarding odd notes left in an office.  An employee of the college found several rambling notes in her office – Officer Boyko reporting.

08-20-2007, 1007 hours, Ocean Campus/Reservoir Parking Lot, Brandishing Weapon
Officers responded to a radio call from SFPD regarding a fight in the Reservoir Parking Lot.  Two students were in an altercation over parking.  One of the students produced a steering wheel locking device and threatened to use it to beat other student.  Officers on scene found the steering wheel lock in a nearby vehicle.  The student that brandished the steering wheel lock was booked at County Jail for making terrorist threats and brandishing a weapon other than firearm in a fight – Officer Boyko reporting.   

08-17-2007, 1645 hours, Ocean Campus/Student Union, Lost Property
A counter report was taken regarding a lost cellular phone.  An Employee of the college reported his cellular phone missing.  The phone was later recovered – Officer Wong reporting.

08-17-2007, 1116 hours, Ocean Campus/Conlan Hall, Trespassing
Officers were dispatched to Conlan Hall regarding a suspended student on campus.  The student was told on several occasions not to return to campus.  The student was arrested for trespassing, issued a citation and released – Officer Ngoi reporting.

08-16-2007, 1605 hours, Ocean Campus/Bookstore, Warrant Arrest
Officers were dispatched to the Bookstore regarding a disruptive student.  The student was acting strange and told officers that he had been smoking methamphetamine.  Officer found a pipe used to smoke methamphetamine in his book bag.  A records check showed the student had a $2000 dollar warrant for his arrest.  The student was booking at county jail on his warrant and possession of paraphernalia – Officer Edwards reporting.

08-16-2007, 1415 hours, Ocean Campus/Batmale Hall, Aided Case
Officers responded were dispatched to a medical emergency in Batmale Hall.  Officers located an instructor in distress.  An officer radioed for an ambulance after the school nurse arrived.  The instructor was transported to the hospital – Officer Hector reporting.

08-16-2007, 1203 hours, Ocean Campus/Batmale Hall Plaza, Aided Case
An officer responded to Batmale Hall Plaza regarding a medical emergency.  The officer and paramedics located a student having a seizure.  The student was transported to the hospital – Officer Ngoi reporting.

08-15-2007, 1838 hours, Ocean Campus/Cloud Hall, Lewd Act
Officers responded to a report of two men having sex in a restroom.  An employee reported that two men were masturbating openly in the restroom.  Both men were arrested, issued citations and released – Officer Borrego reporting.

08-15-2007, 1445 hours, Martson Avenue, Theft
An officer was dispatched to Marston Avenue regarding a theft from vehicle.  A student reported that someone tampered with her vehicle security system.   A computer chip was missing from the vehicle which prevented it from starting – Officer Ngoi reporting.

08-15-2007, 1300 hours, Ocean Campus/Student Union, Theft
An officer responded to the Student Union regarding a theft.  An employee of the college reported that someone took a cash box and money from her office – Officer Wendt reporting.

08-15-2007, 1235 hours, Ocean Campus/Student Union, Aided Case
Officers were dispatched to the Student Union regarding an unconscious student.  Firefighters and paramedics were already on scene.  Paramedics transported the student to the hospital – Officer Wendt reporting.

08-14-2007, 0824 hours, Ocean Campus/Science Building, Theft
An officer responded to a report of a theft in the Science building.  An employee reported that several computers were stolen from a computer lab – Officer Boyko reporting.

08-13-2007, 1030 hours, Ocean Campus/Science Building, Theft
An officer was dispatched to the Science Building regarding a theft.  An instructor reported that some computer equipment was stolen from a physics lab – Officer Sanchez reporting.

08-13-2007, 1009 hours, 401 Flood Street, Stolen Vehicle/Recovery
An officer on patrol spotted what appeared to be a stolen vehicle.  A records check showed the vehicle was stolen out of Healdsburg
California.  The vehicle was towed for further investigation – Officer Wendt reporting.

08-10-2007, 1100 hours, Southeast Campus, Vandalism
An officer was dispatched to the playground regarding graffiti.  A local gang spray painted graffiti on a wall adjacent the playground – Officer Lopez reporting.

08-06-2007, 1755 hours, Ocean Campus/Cloud Hall, Theft
A counter report was taken regarding a theft.  An employee of the college reported that a computer monitor was taken from her office – Officer Wong reporting.
