08/31, Downtown Campus, 1809 hours - A Police Officer on patrol spotted a non-student that he arrested in the past. The officer told the subject to leave the campus. The subject refused to leave and started to walk further into the building. The subject was arrested and issued a citation for trespassing - Officer Bermudez reporting.
08/31, Ocean Campus, 1416 hours - An officer responded to Batmale Hall regarding a battery on a student. At least three students were involved in an altercation in an elevator. None of the students wanted to press criminal charges and all refused medical attention - Officer Hector reporting.

An employee of the college said he was walking in front of the bookstore past a man with a pit bull on a leash. Without warning the dog lunged at the employee and bit his leg. The man with the dog fled the area after the attack. The employee sought medical attention for puncture wounds to his leg. The driver of the vehicle did not know who the owner of the vehicle was and refused to turn off his vehicle. The sergeant took the driver from his vehicle and handcuffed him with the help of back-up officers. It was determined that the vehicle was not stolen but the driver of the vehicle had a suspended driver's license. 08/14, Ocean Campus, 1008 hours - Officers on patrol in Cloud Hall located a suspect packaging marijuana for sale in a classroom. The suspect had also been smoking methamphetamine. While Officers were arresting the suspect, he tore his hand out of the locked handcuffs and began to fight the arresting officers. The suspect fought the officers for a few minutes before they were able to rehandcuff him. One officer severally injured his wrist in the melee.
