08/29, Phelan Campus, 1520 hours-Officers responded to the North Reservoir parking lot on a reported auto burglary. A student witnessed four men breaking into a car. The suspects were gone before the police arrived but a good description of the suspects was given by the witness. Officers detained a group of individuals a few hours later that fit the description but no arrest was made-Officer Low reporting.
08/29, Phelan Campus, 1215 hours-An officer responded to the North Reservoir parking lot on a reported auto burglary. A student said his car was broken into and his car stereo was stolen-Officer Wong reporting.
08/28, Phelan Campus, 1145 hours-A counter report was taken regarding a theft from the Rosenberg Library. A student said he left his backpack unattended and it was stolen-Officer Smela reporting.
08/26, Phelan Campus, 1956 hours-Officers responded to a report of a fire in the 200 series bungalows. There was a smoldering fire under one of the bungalows and the San Francisco Fire department was called. Fire Fighters tore out the side of the bungalow. The Fire Fighters said it was a discarded cigarette butt that started the fire-Officer Smith reporting.
08/26, Phelan Campus, 1740 hours-An officer on patrol was flagged down by a student. The student wanted to report a counterfeit Ten-Dollar bill he received on campus. A report was made and forwarded to the United States Secret Service-Officer Smith reporting.
08/26, Phelan Campus, 1456 hours-A counter report was taken regarding a stolen vehicle in the South Reservoir parking lot. A student said his car was stolen-Officer Hector reporting.
08/22, Phelan Campus, 1540 hours-A counter report was taken regarding an auto burglary in the South Reservoir parking lot. The student said her car was broken into and her stereo was stolen-Officer Smith reporting.
08/22, Phelan Campus, 1425 hours-An officer was dispatched to the North Reservoir parking lot on a reported burglary. A student said his car was broken into and his car stereo and several CDs were stolen-Officer Wong reporting.
08/20, Phelan campus, 2150 hours-An officer on patrol was flagged down by a student in the South Reservoir parking lot. A student reported her car stolen. Officers checked the area for her vehicle but it was not located-Officer Smith reporting.
08/19, Phelan Campus, 1530 hours-A counter report was taken regarding a hit and run accident in parking lot A. An employee of the college said he parked his car at lunch and when he returned his car, it was damaged and scratched-Officer Smith reporting.
08/19, Phelan Campus, 1055 hours-An Officer responded to the Campus Bookstore regarding a theft. A student said her bag was stolen while she shopped at the bookstore-Officer Hakes reporting.
08/14, Phelan Campus, 1836 hours-A Sergeant spotted a black vehicle spinning donuts and driving recklessly in the South Reservoir parking lot. The sergeant and a back-up officer stopped the vehicle. The driver of the vehicle was very young, did not have a driver's license and was acting obnoxious. Both the driver and the passenger were detained. After further investigation it was determined that the vehicle was stolen. The passenger was released and the driver was booked at a juvenile facility for stealing the car-Sergeant Seligsohn reporting.
