04-30-2007, 1555 hours, Ocean Campus/Student Union, Theft
A counter report was taken regarding lost or stolen property.  An employee reported that her keys were taken from a restroom – Officer Wong reporting.  

04-30-2007, 1212 hours, Ocean Campus/Cloud Hall, Vandalism/Threats
An officer responded to Cloud Hall on a report of threatening graffiti.  The graffiti made threats to bomb the school – Officer Edwards reporting. 

04-30-2007, 1124 hours, Ocean Campus/Rosenberg Library, Theft
An officer took a counter report regarding the theft of a back pack.  An employee said her was stolen from a desk drawer – Officer Boyko reporting.  

04-30-2007, 0730 hours, Ocean Campus/Cloud Hall, Burglary
An officer responded to Cloud Hall regarding an attempted burglary.  An employee reported that someone entered locked cubicle and attempted to break into her file cabinet – Officer Hakes reporting. 

04-29-2007, 1603 hours, Ocean Campus, Terrorist threats/Domestic Violence
A counter report was taken regarding threats.  A student reported that her ex-boyfriend was threatening violence on her and her family while she was on campus.  Officers helped the student obtain an Emergency Protective Order after it was learned that the ex-boyfriend had a history of violence – Officer Wendt reporting. 

04-27-2007, 1010 hours, Ocean Campus/Science Building, Mental Health Detention
Officers were dispatched to the
Science Building on a report from the California Highway Patrol that there was a student threatening to commit suicide.  Officers located the student and detained him for a mental health evaluation.  After it was determined that the student was not a threat to himself or others, he was released – Officer Sanchez reporting.

04-26-2007, 1853 hours, Ocean Campus/Student Union, Fire Report
Officers responded to a report of a fire outside of the Student Union.  A handrail was burning.  The fire department arrived and put out the fire.  The fire was apparently set by a discarded cigarette – Officer Wong reporting. 

04-26-2007, 1755 hours, Ocean Campus/Rosenberg Library, Disruptive Student
Officer responded to the Rosenberg Library on a report of a fight between two students.  Officers arrived and met with the two students.  After it was determined no crime was committed, both student were escorted off campus and referred to the Dean of Students for discipline – Officer Flood reporting.

04-25-2007, 1713 hours, Ocean Campus/Batmale, Theft
An officer was dispatched to Batmale Hall regarding a theft from an office.  A person told police her laptop, bag and coat were stolen from an unlocked office.  Most of the property was later recovered by police and returned to the owner – Officer Ramirez reporting.

A counter report was taken regarding a theft in Batmale Hall.  A student reported that her backpack was stolen from a restroom – Officer Boyko reporting.

A counter report was taken regarding a theft in the Rosenberg Library.  A student reported that her wallet was stolen from her backpack while it was left unattended – Officer Hakes Reporting. 

04-24-2007, 1806 hours, Downtown Campus, Suspicious Person
An officer on patrol spotted a suspicious person entering campus.  The officer followed the person to make sure she was a student.  The person was a suspended student returning to campus.  The officer escorted her off campus and gave her a trespassing admonishment – Officer Bermudez reporting. 

04-24-2007, 1603 hours, Downtown Campus, Disruptive Student
An officer was dispatched to a report of a disruptive student.  The student was upset about an unknown incident.  The student was asked to leave until she could calm down – Officer Bermudez reporting. 

04-24-2007, 1330 hours, Southeast Campus, Disruptive Person
An officer responded to a classroom regarding a disruptive person.  The officer located the subject swearing and making rude gestures.  The subject was escorted off campus – Officer Lopez reporting. 

04-24-2007, 0910 hours, Ocean Campus/Science Building, Weapon Offense
An officer found a collapsible baton in a classroom.  The owner of the collapsible baton was never found – Officer Hakes reporting.  

04-24-2007, 0901 hours, Ocean Campus/Science Building, Terrorist Threats
Officers were dispatched to the
Science Building on several reports of a man screaming he was going to kill everyone.  Officers coordinated their response with SFPD.  Responding officers found and arrested the suspect.  The suspect was taken to County Jail and booked for making terrorist threats – Officer Hakes reporting. 

04-24-2007, 0810 hours, De Avila Campus, Trespassing Admonishment
An officer was dispatched to a report of a suspended student on campus.  The officer gave the student a trespassing admonishment and escorted him off campus – Officer Russo reporting. 

04-23-2007, 2047 hours, Southeast Campus, Stolen Vehicle
A student reported that her vehicle was stolen from the corner of Oakdale Avenue and Phelps Street – Officer Wendt reporting. 

04-23-2007, 1140 hours, Southeast Campus, Disruptive Student
An officer responded to a classroom regarding a disruptive student.  The student was yelling and using profanity.  The student was escorted off campus and referred to the Dean of Students – Officer Lopez reporting. 

04-23-2007, 1105 hours, Ocean Campus/Batmale Hall, Disruptive Student
Officers responded to Batmale Hall on a report of a student yelling and screaming.  The student was located yelling in the hallway.  After officers calmed the student down, he was allowed to return to class.  A report was also sent to the Dean of Students – Officer Sanchez reporting.   

04-23-2007, 0950 hours, Ocean Campus/Childcare, Burglary
An officer was dispatched to the Childcare building regarding a burglary.  An employee reported that someone broke into the building over the weekend and stole several things – Officer Hakes reporting. 

04-21-2007, 1017 hours, Ocean Campus/Student Union, Burglary
Officers responded to an alarm call at the Student Union.  While checking the exterior on the building, officers spotted someone in the building.  Officers entered the building and located the suspect.  The suspect was in the process of stealing petty cash from an office.  The suspect used stolen set of keys to gain entry.  The suspect was booked at County Jail for burglary and possession of stolen property – Officer Sanchez reporting. 

04-20-2007, 1427 hours, Ocean Campus/Batmale Hall, Mental Health Detention
Two Sergeants responded to Batmale Hall on a report of a student acting strange.  The sergeants quickly determined that the student was a danger to herself.  The student was transported to Psychiatric Emergency Services for observation – Sergeant Seligsohn reporting.   

04-20-2007, 1345 hours, Ocean Campus/Reservoir Parking Lot, Property Damage
A counter report was taken regarding a broken windshield in the Reservoir Parking Lot.  A student reported that her windshield was broken by an errant baseball – Officer Smith reporting. 

04-20-2007, 1400 hours, Ocean Campus/Rosenberg Library, Theft
A counter report was taken regarding a theft in the Rosenberg Library.  A student told police he left his laptop computer unattended for a few minutes and when he returned his computer was missing – Officer Wendt reporting. 

04-20-2007, 0857 hours, Ocean Campus/Batmale Hall, Burglary
An officer responded to Batmale Hall on a report of a burglary.  A faculty member reported that her office was broken into and a laptop computer stolen – Officer Smith reporting. 

04-20-2007, 0830 hours, Ocean Campus/Cafeteria, Theft/Fraud
A counter report was taken regarding a theft in the Cafeteria.  A student reporting his ATM card was stolen and fraudulently used to make purchases – Officer Wendt reporting. 

04-19-2007, 2058 hours, Ocean Campus/Rosenberg library, Suspicious Person
An officer was dispatched to the Rosenberg Library regarding a suspicious person loitering around a faculty restroom.  Officers stopped and identified the subject who was not a student.  The subject was given a trespassing admonishment and told to leave campus – Officer Boyko reporting. 

04-19-2007, 1800 hours, De Avila Campus, Vandalism
An officer responded to a report of a vandalism on the third floor.  An employee said she saw a subject punch out a window.  She confronted the subject and he fled – Officer Torres reporting.  

04-19-2007, 1640 hours, Ocean Campus/Rosenberg Library, Theft/Fraud
A counter report was taken regarding a theft in the Rosenberg Library.  An employee reported that her wallet was stolen from her unlocked office nine days prior.  The employee also reported that her credit card had been used at several locations – Officer Wong reporting. 

04-19-2007, 1538 hours, Ocean Campus/Conlan Hall, Suspicious Occurrence
An officer responded to a report of a suspicious phone call.  An employee reported that she received a phone call from a suspended student – Officer Boyko reporting. 

04-19-2007, 1100 hours, Ocean Campus/Rosenberg Library, Terrorist Threats
Officers responded to the Rosenberg Library on a report of a threatening email.  An employee of the college showed police an email that contained veiled threats.  The suspect was identified and the information forwarded to SFPD – Officer Wendt reporting. 

04-18-2007, 1225 hours, Ocean Campus/Cloud Hall, Suspicious Occurrence
Officers responded to Cloud Hall on a report of a disruptive student.  The student left before police arrived.  The student was tracked down and referred to the Dean of Students for discipline – Officer Wendt reporting. 

04-18-2007, 1910 hours, Ocean Campus/Cloud Hall, Aided Case
A student came to the police station complaining about discomfort in her eye.  An ambulance was called and paramedics treated the student on scene – Sergeant Low reporting. 

04-18-2007, 1525 hours, Ocean Campus/Bungalow 600’s, Aided Case
An officer was dispatched to the B600’s regarding a student that fell.  The student told officers she tripped and hurt her hip.  The student Nurse assisted the student – Officer Hector reporting.    

04-17-2007, 1300 hours, Ocean Campus/Student Union, Theft
A counter report was taken regarding a theft of a wallet in the Student Union.  A student told police her wallet was stolen from her book bag while she took a nap – Officer Hakes reporting. 

04-17-2007, 1820 hours, Ocean Campus/North Gym, Theft/Partial Recovery
An officer was dispatched to the North Gym regarding a theft.  A student said her backpack was stolen from her locked locker while she attended class.  A bystander found the backpack nearby but it was missing the student’s wallet – Officer Hector reporting. 

04-16-2007, 0947 hours, Ocean Campus/Reservoir Parking Lot, Vehicle Strip
An officer responded to the Reservoir Parking Lot regarding a vehicle strip.  A student reported that her side mirror and door lock were stolen sometime during the day – Officer Sanchez reporting. 

04-14-2007, 2108 hours, Ocean Campus/Street, Suspicious Occurrence
An officer responded to the area of Ocean Avenue after it was reported that several robbery suspects were running from Balboa BART Station towards Ocean Avenue.  The officer detained one suspect for SFPD.  The suspect was later released when the victim refused to assist police – Office Wong reporting. 

04-13-2007, 0819 hours, Ocean Campus/Conlan Hall, Trespassing Arrest
Officers were dispatched to Conlan Hall regarding a suspended student on campus.  The student was also previously given a trespassing admonishment by Campus police.  Officers located the student and arrested him for trespassing on campus.  The student was issued a citation and escorted off campus – Officer Wendt reporting.   

04-12-2007, 1400 hours, Ocean Campus/Cloud Hall, Found Property
A wallet that was reported stolen was turned in to the lost and found.  The student was contacted and the wallet and all of its contents was returned – Officer Hakes reporting.

04-11-2007, 1438 hours, Ocean Campus/Science Building, Theft
An officer was dispatched to the Science Building on a report of a theft.  An employee reported that parts were stolen from several computers that were left unattended in a hallway overnight – Officer Boyko reporting. 

04-11-2007, 1330 hours, Ocean Campus/South Science Parking Lot, Theft
An officer was dispatched to the Science Building regarding a theft from vehicle.  A faculty member said that several items were stolen from her vehicle while it was parked in the South Science Parking Lot – Officer Wendt reporting. 

04-11-2007, 0942 hours, Ocean Campus/Rosenberg Library, Theft
An officer was dispatched to the Rosenberg Library regarding a stolen wallet.  A student said his wallet was stolen while it sat unattended on a desktop – Officer Hakes reporting. 

04-10-2007, 0741 hours, Ocean Campus/Science Building, Theft
An officer was flagged down regarding a theft in the Science Building.  A faculty member said she had important paperwork stolen from her locked office – Officer Smith reporting.  

04-08-2007, 1659 hours, Ocean Campus/Reservoir Parking Lot, Unlicensed Driver
An officer on patrol stopped a vehicle for speeding in the Reservoir Parking lot.  The driver of the vehicle was never issued a license.  The driver was issued a citation and his vehicle was impounded – Officer Alfonso reporting.

04-02-2007, 0948 hours, Ocean Campus/200 Bungalows, Burglary
Officers responded to the 200 series Bungalows on a report of a burglary.  An employee reported that someone broke the glass door of a bungalow.  Officers searched the bungalow for suspects with negative results.  Several items were missing from the bungalow – Officer Sanchez reporting.   

04-01-2007, 1430 hours, Ocean Campus/200 Bungalows, Aided Case
Officers responded to the 200 series Bungalows regarding a person on the ground.  The officer found a subject sleeping next to a bungalow.  The subject was detained when it was discovered he had a stay away order from the college for a prior indecent exposure incident.  The stay order was expired so the subject was released and given a trespassing admonishment – Officer Alfonso reporting.

04-01-2007, 0225 hours, 730 Polk St, Public Intoxication
An officer on patrol was flagged down by a subject in the middle of the street standing next to a running vehicle.  The subject said he was a passenger in the vehicle when the driver stopped in the middle of the street and fled the area.  When the officer tried to help the subject he became belligerent.  The subject was taken to County Jail for public intoxication and the vehicle was towed – Officer Fiscal reporting.
