HISTORY

As a newer member of the CCSF Dance Faculty, Chelsea Eng has received generous guidance and support from Gail Barton, David Blood, Theresa Gensler, Peg Grady, Jeanne-Marie Hughes, and Luana.
Argentine Tango was previously taught at City College in the context of Ballroom Dance courses. In the Fall of 2000, Eng wrote course outlines for five Argentine tango courses. All were approved. In a 2-year period, the Argentine Tango Program has expanded from one Beginning level class to include two sections of Beginning, Intermediate, Advanced, and Production (Choreo & Perf) offered concurrently.
