The
CCSF Language Center online sound files are in MP3 format. You will need an
MP3 player to listen to these materials. For PCs or Macs, try QuickTime.
To record yourself while listening to the audio files, on a Windows PC, open
up the program, Sound Recorder (under Accessories>Entertainment.)
You can also download the freeware Audacity,
which will work on either a PC or a Mac.
* NOTE TO STUDENTS USING THE 8th EDITION OF OGGI IN ITALIA:
Apart from
some slight variations in the instructions for various exercises, the audio

to successfully complete the exercises.
* NOTE TO STUDENTS USING THE 2ND EDITION OF PARLIAMO ITALIANO:
The audio material
for the 3rd edition is identical to that of the 2nd, with the exception that
the "Incontri" listening material is now accessed through the "Listening
