Inputting International Characters in Windows

The Language Center ’s US-International keyboards make it easy to create accent marks in any program on your PC.

If you’re not in the Language Center, see below. There are several ways to make accent marks on a PC. The 3- and 4-number codes will work in any program. Note that not every letter has a 3-number code. Another handy input method for accents uses the Microsoft Visual Keyboard.

For French, check out Le Notepad. Just click on the accented letter, then cut and paste it into your document.
