Tofu Burgers

 

Ingredients:

  5#   Firm tofu
  1 cup   All-Purpose flour
  1/2 cup   Whole wheat flour
  1/2 cup   Cornstarch
  1/2 cup   Paprika
  2 Tblsp.   Garlic powder
  2 Tblsp.   Ground black pepper
  1 Tblsp.   Ground ginger
  3/4 cup   Soy sauce
  1   Yellow onion, finely chopped
  3   Green onions, Finely chopped

 

Method:

Drain the tofu well into some cheese cloth. Squeeze out as much moisture as possible.  Mix all of the ingredients together in a bowl. Measure out 5 oz. patties.  Place wax paper between each patty. Should make 17 (5 oz.) patties.
