Tofu Burgers
Ingredients:

Firm tofu |
| 1 cup |
All-Purpose flour |
| 1/2 cup |
Whole wheat flour |
| 1/2 cup |
Cornstarch |
| 1/2 cup |
Paprika |
| 2 Tblsp. |
Garlic powder |
| 2 Tblsp. |
Ground black pepper |
| 1 Tblsp. |
Ground ginger |
| 3/4 cup |
Soy sauce |
| 1 |
Yellow onion, finely chopped |
| 3 |
Green onions, Finely chopped |
Method:
Drain the tofu well into some cheese cloth. Squeeze out as much moisture as possible. Mix all of the ingredients together in a bowl. Measure out 5 oz. patties. Place wax paper between each patty. Should make 17 (5 oz.) patties.
