Teriyaki Sauce
Ingredients:
| 2 gal. |
Soy sauce (preferably low sodium) |
| 1/3 cup |
Minced garlic |
| 2 cup |
Dry mustard |
| 3/4 cup |
Minced ginger |
| 2 cups |
Minced onions |
| 10 cups |
Brown sugar (may need more) |
| 3 each |
No. 5 cans pineapple juice |
| |
Cornstarch slurry as needed |
Method:
- Combine all of the ingredients into a stock pot (except the slurry)
- Bring to the boil
- Adjust taste as desired
- Add the slurry to thicken
- * If used as a marinade do not heat and thicken!
