Tartar Sauce

 

Ingredients:

   3 Cups    Mayonnaise
   1/4 Cup    Dijon (Or Any Prepared) Mustard
   1/2 Cup    Onion (Minced)
   1/2 Cup    Sweet Pickle Relish 
   1/4 Cup    Capers (Chopped Fine)
   2 Stalks    Green Onion (Chopped Fine) 
   Taste    Lemon Juice
   1 Tbsp    Tarragon (Whole Dried)
   Taste    Salt 
   Taste    White Pepper 

 

Method: 

  • Combine All Ingredients Together In A Medium Size Mixing Bowl. 
    Stir With A Hand Whip Until Thoroughly Mixed.

  • Place Into A Clean And Sanitized 6 Inch 1/6 Hotel Pan And Refrigerate
    For At Least Two Hours Before Serving.

Caution:

This Sauce Is Highly Perishable. Always Keep This Sauce Covered And Refrigerated (On Ice During Service).

Do Not Add Any Left Over Sauce Into A Freshly Made Batch Of Sauce.
