Tartar Sauce
Ingredients:
| 3 Cups |
Mayonnaise |
| 1/4 Cup |
Dijon (Or Any Prepared) Mustard |
| 1/2 Cup |
Onion (Minced) |
| 1/2 Cup |
Sweet Pickle Relish |
| 1/4 Cup |
Capers (Chopped Fine) |
| 2 Stalks |
Green Onion (Chopped Fine) |
| Taste |
Lemon Juice |
| 1 Tbsp |
Tarragon (Whole Dried) |
| Taste |
Salt |
| Taste |
White Pepper |
Method:
- Combine All Ingredients Together In A Medium Size Mixing Bowl.
Stir With A Hand Whip Until Thoroughly Mixed.
- Place Into A Clean And Sanitized 6 Inch 1/6 Hotel Pan And Refrigerate
For At Least Two Hours Before Serving.
Caution:
This Sauce Is Highly Perishable. Always Keep This Sauce
Covered And Refrigerated (On Ice During Service).
Do Not Add Any Left Over Sauce Into A Freshly Made Batch Of Sauce.
