Sauce for Tofu PCR
Ingredients:
| 3 Tsp. |
Fresh Ginger, minced |
| 4 Tsp. |
Fresh Garlic, minced |
| 3 cups |
Hoisin Sauce |
| 1 1/2 cups |
Soy Sauce |
| 5 each |
Limes juiced |
Method:
- Saute the garlic and ginger for 30 seconds
- Add the hoisin, soy and lime juice and simmer for 3 minutes
- Set aside
