Sauce for Tofu PCR

 

Ingredients:

  3 Tsp.   Fresh Ginger, minced
  4 Tsp.   Fresh Garlic, minced
  3 cups   Hoisin Sauce
  1 1/2 cups   Soy Sauce
  5 each   Limes juiced

 

Method:

  • Saute the garlic and ginger for 30 seconds
  • Add the hoisin, soy and lime juice and simmer for 3 minutes
  • Set aside
