Pizza Sauce
Ingredients:

Garlic Chopped Fine |
| 1/2 C |
Whole Oregano |
| 3-1/2 |
Quarts |
| 1/4 C |
Whole Thyme |
| 1/4 C |
Whole Sweet Basil |
| ½ Tsp |
Crushed Red Chilies |
| 3/4 C |
Olive Oil |
Other Ingredients:
| 1 Can |
Crushed Tomatoes |
| 1 ½ Cups |
Tomato Paste |
| Salt |
To Taste |
| Black Pepper |
To Taste |
Method:
- Over Low To Medium Heat Saute Garlic, Herbs, And Chilies To Sweat Out The
Flavor (Do Not Burn The Garlic).
- Add Crushed Tomatoes And Paste. Simmer Over Low Heat For Approximately
20-30 Minutes.
- Season To Taste With Salt And Freshly Ground Black Pepper.
- Cool Down And Store In 1 Gallon Plastic Container With Green Lid
