Barbecue Sauce
Ingredients:

Serrano chiles, chopped |

Jalapenos, chopped |
| 3 cups |
Garlic, chopped |
| 10 cups |
Ketchup |
| 10 cups |
Worcestershire sauce |
| 10 cups |
Coffee, strong |
| 5 cups |
Molasses |
| 5 cups |
Apple cider vinegar |
| 5 cups |
Lemon juice |
| 15 oz. |
Chili powder |
| 2 cups |
Dijon mustard |
| 1/2 cup |
Ground cumin |
| 20 cups |
Brown sugar |
Method:
- Sweat the first four ingredients with oil in a large heavy duty stock pot
- Add the remaining ingredients and bring to a boil. Stir frequently to prevent
scorching
- Simmer for approximately 45 minutes
Yeild approximately 3 gallons.
