Green & Yellow Bean Salad

 

Ingredients:

   Green Beans
   Yellow Wax Beans 
   Pearl Onions
   Tomato Concasser  (Roma Tomatoes)

 

Other Ingredients:

   Hazelnut Oil
   Olive Oil
   Lemon Juice
   Fresh Ground Pepper
   Kosher Salt 

 

Method:

  • Trim And Blanch Beans, Onions Separately And Drain.

  • Toss With Hazelnut And Olive Oil, Lemon Juice To Taste. Season With Salt And Pepper

  • Lightly Mix In And Garnish With The Tomatoes
