Coleslaw Salad

 

Ingredients:

  1 head   Green Cabbage, shredded
  1/4 head   Red Cabbage, shredded
  1/2   Large Yellow Onion
  1/2   Large Red Pepper, julienne
  1/2   Large Green Pepper, julienne
  1   Large Carrot, julienne
  Appr. 1 Pint   Mayonnaise (Use enough to bind ingredients)
  2-3 Tbsp.   Honey
    Salt to taste
    White Pepper to taste

 

Method:

  • Combine All Ingredients Except Mayonnaise, Honey, Salt and Pepper.
  • Add Enough Mayonnaise Just to Lightly Coat All Ingredients. Mixture Should Not Be Too Moist.
  • Adjust Season with Honey, Salt and White Pepper.
