Paella Valencia

 

Ingredients:

  7 lbs.   Yellow onions, medium dice
  6 each   Mixed bell peppers, medium dice
  1 lb.   Garlic, chopped
  5 lbs.   Mushrooms, quartered
  5 lbs.   Peas, thawed
  1 gal.   Uncle Ben's Rice
  2 1/2 gal.   Chicken Stock
  2 - No.10 cans   Diced tomatoes
  2 - No.10 cans   Artichoke hearts

 

Other Ingredients:

  Chicken Wings
  Rork, Sliced
  Mussels
  Clams
  White Fish
  Bay Shrimp
  Sausage
  Olive Oil
  Salt/Pepper
  Turmeric
  Saffron
  Thyme
  Marjoram
  Chopped parsley
  1 Large Rondo
