Zippy Low Cal Dressing

 

Ingredients:

  1 Can (46 oz)   Tomato Juice
  1 Pint   Apple Cider Vinegar
  6 Packets   Sweet and Low
  1-1/2 Cups   Finely shredded
  1/2 Cup   Carrots, minced
  1/2 Cup   Green Onions, minced
  1/2 Cup   Green Peppers, minced

 

Method:

  • Combine all ingredients and refrigerate 2 hours before serving.
