White Truffle Ponzu Vinaigrette
Ingredients:
| 4 cups |
Orange juice |
| 1 cup |
Soy sauce |
| 1/2 cup |
White Truffle Oil |
| 1/2 cup |
Toasted Sesame Seeds, black and white |
| 2 tsp. |
Red Chile Flake |
| 1 cup |
Marine, sweet cooking wine |
| 2 |
Juice of lime |
Method:
- This is a broken vinaigrette, add all components and incorporate.
Before serving give a good shake.
