White Truffle Ponzu Vinaigrette

 

Ingredients:

  4 cups   Orange juice
  1 cup   Soy sauce
  1/2 cup   White Truffle Oil
  1/2 cup   Toasted Sesame Seeds, black and white
  2 tsp.   Red Chile Flake
  1 cup   Marine, sweet cooking wine
  2   Juice of lime

 

Method:

  • This is a broken vinaigrette, add all components and incorporate.
    Before serving give a good shake.
