Valerie's Asian Salad Dressing

| Garlic (minced) |

| Soy Sauce |

| Rice Vinegar |
1/4 Cup |
1-1/4 Cup |
| Honey |
2 Tbsp. |
5 oz. |
| Sesame Oil |
2 tsp. |
3 Tbsp. |
| Chili Oil |
1 Tbsp. |
2-1/2 oz. |
| Black Pepper |
1 tsp. |
1 Tbsp. |
Method:
- Combine all ingredients, place in sauce pan and bring to a boil and then
let cool.
- *Can be used for Chinese Chicken salad or other types of Asian
Flavored salads.
