Valerie's Asian Salad Dressing

 

Ingredients:

 
Yield 3/4 Cups
Yield about 1 Quart
  Salad Oil
3 Tbsp.
1 Cup
  Ginger (minced)
1 tsp.
1-1/2 Tbsp.
  Garlic (minced)
1 tsp.
1-1/2 Tbsp.
  Soy Sauce
2 Tbsp.
5 oz.
  Rice Vinegar
1/4 Cup
1-1/4 Cup
  Honey
2 Tbsp.
5 oz.
  Sesame Oil
2 tsp.
3 Tbsp.
  Chili Oil
1 Tbsp.
2-1/2 oz.
  Black Pepper
1 tsp.
1 Tbsp.

 

Method:

  • Combine all ingredients, place in sauce pan and bring to a boil and then
    let cool.
  • *Can be used for Chinese Chicken salad or other types of Asian
    Flavored salads.
