Teriyaki Marinade

 

Ingredients:

  1 Gal.   Soy Sauce
  1 Gal.   Water
  1 Cup   Garlic (chopped)
  1 Cup   Ginger (chopped)
  5 lbs.   Brown Sugar
  1 Qt.   Sherry Wine

 

Method:

  • Combine all of the above ingredients together making sure that the sugar is all dissolved.
  • To use as sauce: Gently bring the mixture up to a boil, using a slurry of cornstarch, water, and sherry wine, slightly thicken the mixture until it produces a light glaze.

 

Uses:

Can be used to marinate Chicken, beef, pork, seafood, tofu, etc.
