Teriyaki Marinade
Ingredients:
| 1 Gal. |
Soy Sauce |
| 1 Gal. |
Water |
| 1 Cup |
Garlic (chopped) |
| 1 Cup |
Ginger (chopped) |
| 5 lbs. |
Brown Sugar |
| 1 Qt. |
Sherry Wine |
Method:
- Combine all of the above ingredients together making sure that the sugar is all dissolved.
- To use as sauce: Gently bring the mixture up to a boil, using a slurry of cornstarch, water, and sherry wine, slightly thicken the mixture until it produces a light glaze.
Uses:
Can be used to marinate Chicken, beef, pork, seafood, tofu, etc.
