Sun Dried Tomato Vinaigrette

 

Ingredients:

  2 qts.   Olive Oil
  1 cup   Rice Wine Vinegar
  1 cup   Apple Cider Vinegar
  4 oz.   Red wine
  3-8.5 oz jars   Sun Dried Tomatoes (Finely Diced)
  3   Large Shallots, chopped
    Salt and pepper to taste
