Miso-sesame Vinaigrette

 

Ingredients:

  10 T.   rice vinegar
  16 T.   water
  10 T.   red or white miso
  5 T.   sugar
  5 T.   mirin
  8 T.   ground ginger
  4 T.   tahini
  16 T.   vegetable oil
  2 T.   honey

 

  • *use the hand blender to emulsify all of the above ingredients. 
  • Check seasoning
