Louis Dressing

 

Ingredients:

  1-1/4 qt.   Mayonnaise
  1-1/2 pt.   Catsup or strained Chili Sauce
  1 Tbsp.   Lemon Juice
  1/2 Tbsp.   Worcestershire Sauce
  Dash   Tabasco Sauce

 

Method:

  • Combine all ingredients and mix thoroughly.
  • ** Use for seafood type salads.

 

Yield 2 Quarts.
