Lemon Grass Dressing
Ingredients:
| 4 stalks |
Lemon Grass, chopped very fine |
| 2 bunches |
Chinese Parsley, chopped medium fine |
| 2 bunches |
Fresh Mint, shopped medium fine |
| 4 ea. |
Serrano Peppers |
| 1/2 Gallon |
Rice Wine Vinegar |
| 1 cup |
Thai Fish Sauce |
| 1/4 cup |
Fresh lemon juice to taste |
| 2 pint |
Water to taste |
| 1/2 cup |
Sugar to taste |
Method:
- Mix first six ingredients together.
- Adjust seasoning with water and sugar, and lemon juice.
- *The Herbs, Spices, and Fish Sauce give the dressing the basic flavor, but you need to balance the dressing by taste using the water, lemon juice, and sugar.
