Lemon Grass Dressing

 

Ingredients:

  4 stalks   Lemon Grass, chopped very fine
  2 bunches   Chinese Parsley, chopped medium fine
  2 bunches   Fresh Mint, shopped medium fine
  4 ea.   Serrano Peppers
  1/2 Gallon   Rice Wine Vinegar
  1 cup   Thai Fish Sauce
  1/4 cup   Fresh lemon juice to taste
  2 pint   Water to taste
  1/2 cup   Sugar to taste

 

Method:

  • Mix first six ingredients together.
  • Adjust seasoning with water and sugar, and lemon juice.
  • *The Herbs, Spices, and Fish Sauce give the dressing the basic flavor, but you need to balance the dressing by taste using the water, lemon juice, and sugar.
