Lamb Marinade
Ingredients:
| ½ gallon |
Water |
| 2-4 cups |
Balsamic vinegar |
| 2 cups |
Burgundy wine |
| 6 sprigs |
Rosemary |
| 1 bunch |
Mint |
| 2 tablespoons |
Thyme |
| 4 tablespoons |
Marjoram |
| ¼ cup |
Juniper berries |
| 6 |
Bay leaves |
| ¼ cup |
Black pepper corn |
| ¼ cup |
Salt ( to taste ) |
| ½ cup |
Sugar ( to taste ) |
| 2 cups |
Oil |
Methold:
Mix all ingredients except oil, Then add oil for about 40lbs of lamb.
