Lamb Marinade

 

Ingredients:

  ½ gallon   Water 
  2-4 cups   Balsamic vinegar
  2 cups   Burgundy wine
  6 sprigs   Rosemary
  1 bunch   Mint 
  2 tablespoons   Thyme
  4 tablespoons   Marjoram
  ¼ cup   Juniper berries
  6   Bay leaves
  ¼ cup   Black pepper corn
  ¼ cup   Salt ( to taste )
  ½ cup   Sugar ( to taste )
  2 cups   Oil

 

Methold:

Mix all ingredients except oil, Then add oil for about 40lbs of lamb.
