Kalbi Rib Marinade

 

Ingredients:

  3 Qts.   Soy Sauce
  3 Qts.   Water
  5 Lbs.   Brown Sugar

 

Other Ingredients:

  3 Bn.      Green Onions
  1-1/2 Cup   Toasted Sesame Seeds
  1 Cup     Grated Ginger
  1 Cup     Minced Garlic

 

Method:

  1. Combine Soy Sauce, Water, Sugar, Garlic, And Ginger.

  2. Coarsely Chop Green Onions,  Then Puree In A Blender With The Toasted Sesame Seeds Using A Little Of The Soy-Sugar Mixture.  Add Puree To The Rest Of The Marinade.

    ** Marinade Can Be Used To Marinate Meats And Poultry.  Marinade Works Best If The Item Marinates  24 To 48 Hours.
