Green Goddess

 

Ingredients:

  1/2 gal.   Sour Cream
  1 gal.   Mayonnaise
  1/2   Worcestershire Sauce
  2 Tsp.   Tabasco
  1 Tsp.   Ganulated Garlic
    Salt and Pepper to taste
  2 cups   Tarragon Vinegar
  1 cup   Lemon Juice
  1 qt.   Salad Oil
  1 cup   Sherry Wine
  2 cups   Green Onions
  2 cups   Parsley
  2 cups   Watercress
  12   Anchovy Filets

 

Method:

  • Put first 6 ingredients in a large mixing bowl
  • Put the remainder of ingredients in the gallon blender
    and blenderize
  • Add the first 6 ingredients, mix well, taste, and correct seasonings
    if needed
