Ingredients:

Tarragon Vinegar |

Lemon Juice |
| 1 qt. |
Salad Oil |
| 1 cup |
Sherry Wine |
| 2 cups |
Green Onions |
| 2 cups |
Parsley |
| 2 cups |
Watercress |

Anchovy Filets |
Method:
- Put first 6 ingredients in a large mixing bowl
- Put the remainder of ingredients in the gallon blender
and blenderize
- Add the first 6 ingredients, mix well, taste, and correct seasonings
if needed
