Creamy cilantro dressing

 

Ingredients:

  1 bunch   Cilantro (chopped)
  ¼ C.    Dijon Mustard
  1 C.   Mayo
  ½ C.    White Vinegar
  1/3 C.   Salad Oil
  1 T.   Toasted Ground Coriander Seed
  1 T.   Ground Cumin
  3 T.   Sugar
  Tobasco Sauce to taste
  S & P to taste

 

Method:

Mix all ingredients
