Citrus Vinaigrette

 

Ingredients:

  4 ea.   Oranges (juice & zest)
  4 ea.   Lemons (juice & zest)
  4 ea.   Limes (juice & zest)
  1 pt.   Rice Vinegar
  1 pt.   Salad Oil
    Salt and fresh ground black pepper to   taste.

 

Method:

  • Mix all ingredients together and let sit a few hours before serving.
