Citrus Vinaigrette
Ingredients:

Oranges (juice & zest) |
| 4 ea. |
Lemons (juice & zest) |
| 4 ea. |
Limes (juice & zest) |
| 1 pt. |
Rice Vinegar |
| 1 pt. |
Salad Oil |

Salt and fresh ground black pepper to taste. |
Method:
- Mix all ingredients together and let sit a few hours before serving.
