Balsamic Vinaigrette
Ingredients:

Balsamic Vinegar |
| 1 Pt |
Olive Oil |
| 2 ea |
Shallots, chopped fine |
| 2 cloves |
Garlic, chopped fine |
| 1 Tbsp |
Whole Thyme (Dried Herb) |
| 1 Tbsp |
Whole Oregano (Dried Herb) |
| |
Salt to taste |
| |
Black Pepper to taste |
Method:
- Combine All ingredients and let sit at room temperture for at least 2-3 hours. Adjust seasoning.
- Use fresh herbs whenever possible. Use three times the amount listed above in place of the dried herbs.
- Use for tomato onion salad, grilled vegetable salad, marinade for grilling meats, poultry, and seafood, and as an alternative for French dressing.
