Pancake Mix
Ingredients:
| 12 lbs Cake Fluor |
| 3 lbs Sugar |
| 1/4 lb Salt |
| 3/4 lbs Baking
powder |
Method:
- Whip with a whisk thoroughly until you get a uniform mix.
- Add only the necessary amount of the liquid mix, until you get
a uniform pancake batter.
Liquid ingredients to add to Pancake Mix
| 24 eggs |
| 1 Gallon Milk |
| 3 tbsp Vanilla |
| 2 cup Salad oil |
- (From this preparation add only the amount necessary to the Pancake
mix to get a nice Pancake batter)
