Welcome to the CAHS Recipe Archive

In collaboration with the Alice Statler Library, the Culinary Arts & Hospitality Studies department has created a web accessible recipe archive. The archive houses recipes tried, tested and served in City College's cafeteria and Pierre Coste Dining Room.

The recipe archive is a learning tool built for students. Students from the department develop the recipes. Students find recipes in the Alice Statler Library to make and serve in the cafeteria. Once a recipe is selected, it must be adjusted in taste for originality and size to serve a larger number of people. After a recipe has been tried several times, it may be submitted into the archive.
