Admission and Fees
For a total cost of about $2200, which includes tuition (for California residents),
tools and uniforms for the entire program, (books will be additional) you have
the opportunity to earn an Associates in Science degree (60 units), an Award
of Achievement and an American Culinary Federation Certificate.

Financial aid is available for those who qualify. Please visit the college's Financial
Aid Services for more detailed information.
Eligibility:
Students who are required to take the CCSF
English Placement Test should place in English 92 or higher, or English as
a Second Language 150 or higher. For students who place into ESL 150, it is
highly recommended that you complete ESL 150 prior to entering the program.
All complete applications are reviewed. Because of the rigorous nature of
the program, all past college and/or high school transcripts are reviewed for
a 2.0 grade point average or higher. Applicants should also be able to carry
40 pounds across length of the kitchen (approximately 40 feet).
Enrollment is limited to 86 students per semester. To apply to the CAHM Programs

Completed applications must be submitted by the second Monday in November
for the following spring semester and by the second Monday in April for the
following fall semester (unless these dates are displaced by a holiday).
